Pros:

Front desk staff and management couldn't have been worse. Completely ignorant. No accountability for their own mistakes when it came time to bill, instead were incredibly rude while making false accusations. No apology when they realized they were wrong the whole time.

Loud staff party. Not impressed.
Pros:

There was a Christmas party for thestaff in the breakfast room below our room, where drunken karaoke carried on until 11 even after phoning and asking if they could turn it down it was very very loud. Was not worth the almost 200 a night for a family room when my children can not sleep due to the noise. In the morning the breakfast options were cold ham and sausages, old eggs, or cereal without milk. Not impressed. Won’t stay again. Told the front desk lady about the loud people when checking out and she couldn’t care less.
