The room offers an amazing view of the sunrise. Is a good location. They offer 2 bottles of water a day, which is nice. Staff is nice
Cleaning level bad, the pace is old, outdated, the sink was separate from the bathroom, placed in the room, not draining properly, the smell was really bad. Ants on the floor, not just some random ones but a lot of ants. I know that one must adjust to standards. However
, there are some efforts management could do to improve the quality of the facilities.

Cheap prices but don't expect anything. For me the choice was because of the central location but will not book again.
Soft bed, old furniture and tiles with cracks, shower and toilet have several small steps (watch out....)
Guy on reception , very good pity he hasn't got anything to work with , would be an asset to another location.
Small and tired looking
Very central location in Krabi, next to downtown and to the river promenade, fast WiFi, quiet location, wonderful view on the river and the mangrove forest on the other riverbank, helpful staff, free drinking water
The location is the best in Krabi town. Right on the Riverside, 3 minutes walk to the best night market (there are 3 in Krabi) beers in hotels on each side of this one. Some good bars 4 minutes walk away, my favourite is the reggae / Bob Market style one. The speedboats to the islands and to Phuket leave from outside this hotel.
I used to stay here before covid and it was my first choice. Now it's become shabby and needs modernisation. The room that they put me in was small and dingy. The hotel is called "River Seaview". My room had no view at all, and the pointless window looked on to a building high wall less than a metre away!!! The hotel was almost empty and I really can't understand why they didn't put me in a room on the front. I've stayed in those in the past and the views are wonderful. I certainly can't recommend the room I was in on floor 2.
The location is centrally at the river and 10-15min walk to the river restaurant which is really nice.
2 lights in the room were not working, the bed was very hard, the wifi was weak. The longtail boats are starting early morning and are quite noisy. The facility is old. There is not much to see around so 1 night is enough to explore Krabi city.

The toilet was.almost.impossible.to.sit on with the juxtaposition next to a wall that jutted out. Bed not comfortable..Decided to go elsewhere for return trip. Krabi Sea Bass was leagues apart for only £8 more
