It was great. A good end to a long day.
Pros:

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I really like the fact that room 47 was available so that I could make myself some oatmeal. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great location.

Cons:

There is a smell in the halls that I think has to do with some perfume thing that sits on the check-in desk in a corner with sticks in it. Sort of like incense. It’s not a great smell. And I don’t think it’s

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was cute and had a little kitchen with utensils. You can actually cook in the space.

The room was like a little apartment. It was really comfortable stay.

Cons:

The door between rooms only locked one way. Kinda creepy to think about. Both doors should be locked.

There is parking onsite, but we needed up parking on the road because there wasn't enough room for all the guest vehicles onsite.

Pros:

Great value for money with a full kitchen and separate living area!

Cons:

Not enough carparks to service the hotel and had to park on the busy road opposite the hotel. People smoking on balconies despite signs everywhere. The room was quite old and dated feeling.

Pros:

The staff were nice and friendly. Overall it was a good stay.

Cons:

There wasn't enough parking for the guests. The inn looks a little more rundown than the pictures. And my friend found hair on pillow cases in his room. Could've been cleaner!

The reception staff member was welcoming & helpful. Good location.

Cons:

Bathroom door couldn't be closed properly without it completely jamming, requiring staff to make temporary fix. However, the duty staff were helpful in doing this. It needs repairing & if not, a notice to warn users. Tired decorations in need of renovation. Dusty smell. Balcony furniture old & dirty. Breakfast very poor with no tea, orange squash not orange juice & little choice of decent food options. We gave breakfast a miss after the first morning.

A pleasant if brief one night stay, but we will definitely do it again when in Campbell RIver.
Pros:

Overall, very attractive, clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the decor, artworks and amenities, also that we could bring our pet. And, of course, lovely views of Discovery Passage and Cape Mudge.

Cons:

Sadly, the breakfast had run out of food just before we arrived at 7:00am; the breakfast room was understandably busy. We were surprised in the evening to discover there were no wine glasses in the room's kitchen, an easy must-have for a boutique hotel. The balcony needed some attention (screen door) and cleaning (chairs).

I loved that it was by the water with beautiful views and being so close to so many food chains and hospital was amazing
