Uma estadia extremamente confortável, com excelente estrutura e atendimento impecável.
Pros:

O hotel é lindíssimo, muito bem organizado e extremamente confortável. Me hospedei durante um período de bastante frio, e todas as áreas internas eram aquecidas, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais aconchegante. O quarto era excelente, com destaque para o banheiro e o chuveiro, que é ótimo. A piscina térmica e os ofurôs completam a experiência, com a água sempre na temperatura ideal. Além disso, os funcionários são muito simpáticos, atenciosos, prestativos e educados, proporcionando um atendimento impecável.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo foi que o sistema de aquecimento do quarto é integrado ao do hotel, então não era possível ajustar a temperatura individualmente. Em alguns momentos, o ambiente ficou um pouco quente para o meu gosto, e senti falta da possibilidade de reduzir o aquecimento do quarto.
