Excelente experiência. Atendimento nota 10. Hotel muito bonito com uma vista sensacional. Piscina e sauna na temperatura ideal. Dependendo do quarto você dorme ao som de grilos e cachoeira.

Great hotel and awesome staff
Pros:

We had the chance to visit Gramado for teh first time and chose Villa Bella hotel randomly. We were very satisfied with the services and accomodations, as well as with all employees of the hotel, they were very thoughtful and receptive. The hotel is very organized and clean, very spacious. The breakfast was great and , everything was delicious. Kids enjoyed a lot the swiming pool and recreational team. Minor comment for improvement would be the gym equipments and games room, nothing that jeopardized our stay. We would definitely return in a next opportunity.

Visual do vale é incrível. Café da manhã com piano 6ª, sábado e domingo. Translado para a rua Coberta todos os dias com vários horários, o Sr Cristiano é um ótimo condutor, pontual e paciente. Equipe do restaurante está de parabéns: Fabrício, Mateus, Wanderlei, Brayan e Edson, muito obrigado. As refeições foram nota 10.

Voltaria com certeza!
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, atendimento muito bom desde a recepção, localização estratégica por estar entre Gramado e Canela. Vista deslumbrante. Academia interessante. Piscina aquecida ajuda a relaxar depois dos passeios e possui bar anexado.

Cons:

Espaço Kids para crianças muito pequenas (4 anos) achei meio "escondido" demais, mas é bom.
