Amazing Staff. They went above and beyond.

Third party booking agent did not pass on necessary request for single beds so I do not rate them highly at all.

Friendly staff. Gym is okay, small and compact. Our room AC quite noisy and there was a stain on the bed sheet.
Room is clean.
Good location. Cafes, restaurants and bars around the area

Check in process was terrible. Reception was closed when we arrived - closed at 5pm. Placed on hold when trying to check in my phone. Required to upload licence and credit card information despite the fact that the room was already paid for. Codes did not work to access the building. Took mulitple phone calls. A passweby on the street noticed out dilemma and reinforced taht others had expressed concern regarding this process. Took over an hour. Room itself was OK but the check saga spoiled our stay.

Good location. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there was very heavy rain and water penetrated the air conditioning duct in the bathroom. It needs attention

we were not informed about the night club and the music till 12 every night.

This was our second stay at Crown on Darby and is our preferred option when staying in the city

The location and condition of the property were very good. Unfortunately, we found our bed quite soft, meaning we didn’t sleep very well. Certainly not the fault of the staff, but someone had been smoking - maybe in the next room. The smell was very strong. I'm not sure if there was also a dog next door, but it was barking intermittently from early morning till we left at 9.30.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. The staff were very friendly and the location was highly convenient.

We stayed at Crown on Darby for a weekend trip and it was excellent. The location is close to everything and paid parking was convenient and reasonable. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly. The room itself was big, clean and comfy. We also enjoyed using the fitness centre.

We love this motel and will be back get location and has everything we need. Friendly accommodating staff.

Great location. The room was vwey spacious. Only downfall was the stairs.

We were surprised at the size of the 2bedrooms suite. It was a lot larger than we thought it would be, full size fridge and everything. We will definitely stay there again when stopping in Newcastle!Receptionist were very helpful and friendly

The property is looking tired, requires refurbishing.
Air conditioning is very noisy.
Water pressure is poor.
Shower tap is in a dangerous position once the hot water comes through.

Great overnight stay at the Crown on Darby. 2 bed, 2 bath accommodation. Very modern and clean. Situated on Darby St where there was a lot of choice of places to eat and drink. Would have been nice to stay a few more nights but on a road trip.
