Pros:

Quisiera destacar especialmente la excelente atención recibida durante mi estadía en el hotel. Más allá de las instalaciones y el confort, lo que realmente marca la diferencia es la calidad humana y el profesionalismo del personal.

En particular, quiero reconocer a Pina, cuya amabilidad, predisposición y calidez hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Siempre atenta a cada detalle, al igual que Alexandra y Valentina en el desayuno.

Es un placer encontrar personas que trabajan con tanta dedicación y vocación de servicio. Sin dudas, la atención refleja el nivel de excelencia y hospitalidad que distingue a este hotel.

Pros:

Very nice and helpful stuff. Very flexible. We were checked in couple of hours before as we had early flight. We also got a room with terrace and bathroom as we asked.

Cons:

We had a huge cacroach in bathroom. Instead of ordering a taxi, the hotel called some private transfer that was super pricy: 40 eur for 1,5 km ride.

Excelente ubicación a pasos del funicular y la bajada a la playa. El desayuno muy completo y abundante.

Läget och utsikten! Välj rum med havsutsikt och balkong - det är så otroligt värt! Frukosten på terrassen är också svårslaget.

Goed hotel op prima locatie
Pros:

De ligging is heel goed . Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker.
Her bed was prima. Goed matras.

Cons:

De kamer en vooral de badkamer waren erg klein. De douche in bad zat niet goed vast aan de muur.

Mi è piaciuto davvero tutto.

Cons:

Unica pecca che ovviamente può essere corretta il rumore di notte, le stanze sono sulla strada e passa pure il treno sotto l'albergo. Basterebbe insonorizzare le stanze.

Ideal location but needs improving.
Pros:

The location - at the bottom of the cable car so the town was easily accessible without the noise.

Cons:

The property is a bit dated, but we were prepared for this from other reviews. Our main complaint was the lack of hot water. The shower and hand basin taps were either tepid or cold. Despite complaining each day and being told it had been fixed, there was no improvement.
