Pros:

The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet on the inside despite the hotel being fully booked.
The reception staff were pleasant, welcoming, helpful and respectful (even if the answer was no). The company is fortunate to have them.

Cons:

The gym had equipment but the weight machine wasn't fully set up for guest use. I was bale to use the free weights and other equipment to complete my workout. I still had a good experience in the gym.
