Odalar konforlu,temiz,klimalı mutfak temiz,lezzetli yemekler.kahvalti zengin.iskele plajında çalışanlar terbiyeli Güler yüzlü ve çalışkan.musterilerinin isteklerini mümkün olduğunca çabuk ve güler yüzle yapıyor. Denizi güzel Gündoğan koyu tartisilmaz.
Özellikle otel müdürü SİNAN Beyin müşteri diyaloğu çok iyi,devamlı tesisi dolaşıp kontrol ediyor.
Bize göre çok güzel bir tatil oldu

Olivira Otel 'den genel anlamda memnun kaldık; öncelikle bunu söylemek isterim. Biz 3 kişilik bir aileyiz , çocuğumuz henüz 23 aylık.
Oda temizliği gayet iyiydi. Resepsiyon kısmı bilgi verme ve yardımcı olmak adına çok başarılı idi.
Daha iyi olmasını beklediğimiz hizmetlerin başında yemekler geliyor. Zaten sadece kahvaltı verilen bir otelde, yemeklerde daha çeşitlilik bekliyorsunuz. Artı, alakart yemeklerinde daha başarılı olmasını beklerdik; köftenin yanık olmaması, mantının daha etli olması gibi...vs..vs
İyi olması gereken bir diğer konuda, plaja yapılan servisin ( içecek isteği gibi ) daha hızlı olması gerekliliği konusu.

Dreadful service
Pros:

It is difficult to explain without writing a novel how terrible the service at this hotel is. Apart from the manager and bar supervisor, the place is run by kids who have no idea about customer service and don't understand English, which made meaningful communication very difficult. Because my stay was out of season apparently, there was no buffet breakfast. I was not impressed. After a couple of false starts I settled on boiled eggs and toast, but felt short changed by the lack of choice. But this was insignificant compared to being ignored by the young staff who had clearly not be trained, nor had their duties clearly spelled out to them. On the very first night, when I had decided to eat in, the young waiter picked up my half eaten piece of bread from the plate in front of me and placed it back down on the plate which had my starter on it. Rule no 1 - NEVER touch a customer's food. Rule no 2 - don't keep customers waiting for service - they didn't understand that one either. In the end, I sought all my non-essentials (lunch, afternoon tea, early evening drinks) from the hotel next door where they could converse with customers AND didn't ignore them. I actually felt sorry for the kids. It's not their fault that they have not been properly trained and have not been supervised.

I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel as you will be very disappointed. I was so disappointed that I checked out almost two days early.
