Zentrale Lage, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage

Cons:

Modernes Zimmer, was aber hier und da Abnutzungen hatte. Schlechte Kissen , ein 2. Kissen wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

Na een hobbelige start, gezellig in de bar wat gedronken en goed geslapen.

Dat we eerst een 1pers kamer kregen, daarna een 2 pers. kamer waar het douchputje verschrikkelijk stonk en dat we daarna zelf de kussens, bedden en handdoeken konden meenemen naar de eerste kamer zodat we toch een 2 pers.kamer hadden. Dat was ff een gesjouw met onze koffers etc. Tevens later ontdekt waarom het een 1 pers kamer was want er werkte maar 1 bedlampje 🤣

Lokatie, midden in centrum en het ontbijt was prima

Cons:

Ontvangst! Geen personeel bij receptie, sfreerloze omgeving bij binnenkomst. Rommelige entourage.
Onduidelijk wie bij het hotel hoort..geen bedrijfskleding.
Op de kamer alleen een waterkoker zonder iets erbij. Thee? Geen koffie op de kamer..en dat voor een 4 sterrenhotel?? Scheuren in gordijn, een gordijn ontbreekt.
Hoofdbord van het bed beschadigd.

Heerlijk hotel midden in het centrum. Aanrader!
Pros:

Prachtige studio met balkon geboekt. Heerlijk bed, koffie op de kamer en heerlijke badkamer. Heel stil binnen, lekker levendig buiten. Lekker restaurant en ontbijt.

Cons:

Wat echt raar is: van de tientallen tv-zenders, is er geen één Nederlands. Terwijl Kleve vlak bij de grens ligt.
Echt een minpunt.
