Es fehlte eine Decke und es brauchte sehr lange um diese zu bekommen. Beim Aufschütteln der Betten kam eine fremde Key-Card zum Vorschein, was die Frage aufwirft, wie zuverlässig der Room-Service war. Beim Frühstück war es im Raum sehr kalt, Frau und Kinder haben gefroren. Warmes Essen (Rührei, Bacon) durch unzureichende Warmhaltung ebenfalls fast kalt. Auf den Fluren überall Müll und Pizzakartons von Bestellungen der Gäste. Flure nicht sehr ansehnlich, Teppichfussboden teilweise sehr fleckig. Rückwand des Bettes war schon abgeblättert/rissig, sah nicht schön aus. WC sehr klein, Waschbecken im Hauptraum. Sehr unpraktisch, insbesondere wenn zwei Personen auf dem Zimmer sind. Parkhausgebühr von 15€ pro Tag vollkommen überzogen, da lob ich mir Hotels mit freien Parkplätzen. Von unserer Seite nicht zu empfehlen, die gute Lage ersetzt nicht die zahlreichen Mankos.

Der Tresor war ausgebaut und bei unserer Tochter war er defekt. Zu wenig abstellmöglichkeiten im Badezimmer

Fijn hotel in hartje Kleve
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is fantastisch, je loopt zo het centrum van Kleve in. Overal heerlijke bakkers waar je voor een paar euro heerlijk kan eten of snoepen! Wij hadden een prachtige kamer met een heerlijke douche. Op de vierde etage was het uitzicht prachtig! De kamers zijn ruim en heel licht. Extra groot bed, ook nog extra lang! Ideaal is de parkeergarage onder het hotel. De deuren naar de liften gaan automatisch, erg handig met je koffers. Inchecken gaat super snel.

Cons:

Wij boekten voor een meerprijs een ontbijt erbij. Het ontbijt is de prijs echter niet waard. Het eten ligt te lang, ei en bacon waren koud. De sap machine was kapot en daardoor de sapjes warm. Koffieautomaat werkte niet naar behoren. Qua beveiliging is het niet optimaal, toen mijn zoon en ik in de ochtend naar het ontbijt gingen, lag er een dakloze meneer in onze hal te slapen.
Verder laat de hygiëne ook veel te wensen over. Kamer niet schoon, vieze en kapotte gordijnen. In het restaurant is het helemaal slecht met de hygiëne. Daar liggen de resten van het avondmaal nog op de grond als je gaat ontbijten. Het was tijdens ons verblijf totaal niet druk, dus er was voldoende tijd om het schoonmaken bij te houden.
Na het eerste ontbijt heb ik bij de receptie geklaagd en kregen wij een cadeaubon voor 30€ voor in het hotel restaurant. De kip was nog rauw. Dus avondeten is geen aanrader.

Das Frühstück überzeugt nicht mehr
Pros:

Gut, hierfür spricht schon, dass wir immer wieder gerne dort übernachten

Cons:

Auf der Zeitachse wird das Frühstück immer schlechter. Die Auswahl wird immer weniger. Gerade für Menschen mit Allergien bietet das Frühstück keine Optionen, hier sind andere Häuser bei gleichem Preis viel weiter in der Berücksichtigung individueller Wünsche ihrer Gäste.

The room size and location was good.

Cons:

The hygiene was very poor. There were spiderwebs which look like they've never been cleaned. And the bathroom wall was dirty. The room also doesn't get cleaned regularly. Parking charges.

Disappointing and overpriced
Pros:

Good position, staff helpful

Cons:

Coffee machine could only be plugged in by placing it on the floor.
Both reading lights either side of bed did not work. One was smashed, the other went off after a few minutes.
Corridor carpets stained and worn. No drinking water in room.
We HATED the open plan bathroom, and would never choose to stay in this type of room.
