Leuk hotel voor een nacht.
Pros:

Kamer lekker groot fijne douche en het was er schoon.

Cons:

Jammer van de sigarettenpeuken dit tussen de tegels van het balkon lagen.

Pros:

Zentral gelegen, die Tiefgarage bietet Einstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.
Im dazugehörigen Restaurant haben wir sehr lecker gegessen.

Service schlecht, kein Wasser auf Zimmer, keine Fliegegittter vor Fenster. Rezeption nur von unerfahrener schlecht deutsch verstehender Person besetzt. Ein Managementfehler, der NICHT dieser Person vorzuwerfen ist!!!

An der Rezeption wirkt das Hotel auf den ersten Blick sehr modern. Auch der Frühstücksraum sah vielversprechend aus. Lage ok. Leider wurden wir böse überrascht als wir ins Zimmer eingecheckt sind. Alles war verdreckt. Fremde Haare auf dem Bett. Staub überall auf dem Boden. Große Flecken auf einem Sessel - die Liste ist lang. Haben das Gespräch mit dem Hotel gesucht. War für diese Nacht leider komplett ausgebucht, weshalb man uns kein anderes Zimmer anbieten konnte. Sind dann mitten in der Nacht ausgecheckt. Hotel hat sich kulant gezeigt und will in den nächsten Wochen den gezahlten Betrag zurück abwickeln. Wenn das passiert, dann auf jeden Fall fair. Personal war grundsätzlich zuvorkommend und nett.

Hidden jewel in a quiet German town with some amazing history!
Pros:

Large rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and very convenient location with access to city center and amenities. The air conditioning is performs to expectations, and we were in Kleve during the heat spell that had temperatures exceeding 35 C. Walks to the nearby castle of Anne of Cleves and surrounding historical buildings, as well as restaurants on the canal make for a relaxing end to a day of visiting customers in the area.

Cons:

One of the rooms occupied by my team (we had a total of 5 rooms) had a very "off" smell that was unable to be overcome by air freshener or poo-pourri spray, as if the previous tenant spilled a very strong and musky perfume or cooked a very strong vegetable. I have stayed in this location on 4 different occurrences, and this was the first encounter I had with a room having this issue.
