Pros:

L'emplacement, le bâtiment historique magnifique, le confort du matelas et les femmes de menage.
Je vous conseille plutôt de visiter la partie du bâtiment où l'on vend la tapisserie traditionnelle.

Cons:

La magie n'a pas eu lieu, pourtant le site à Dilidjan me l'avait offerte amplement par le passé.
Personnel du site à Yerevan est arrogant pour rien et c'est ce qu'influence mon commentaire

Perfect base from which to explore Yerevan
Pros:

A lot to like about this hotel:
- Location is perfect - literally around the corner from republic square, and the pedestrian district with all its bars, caffe's and restaurants. The open air market is directly in front of the hotel. The area is quiet and you don't get much traffic noise.
- Rooms are tastefully decorated, modern, well equipped (bath robe, slippers, hair dryer, ironing board, etc..). Beds are super comfortable.
- The hotel itself is a perfect mix of modern, and charming. Facilities are nice, and staff is very helpful and courteous.
- Breakfast has a very broad array of choices, and is generally good, if not exceptional.

Cons:

Honestly, not much to gripe about:
- The hotel charges you on site in the local currency. You end up paying significantly more than the rate you're expecting based on your booking. That said, the hotel is still reasonable value, but the lack of transparency is annoying.
- The airport transfer car was not particularly nice, and didn't really reflect the class of the hotel. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but given the very high availability of excellent transport through local apps (YandexGo) it seems a bit of a miss by the hotel.

As I said, these are fairly trivial issues, and in now way impacted how much I enjoyed my stay.

Прекрасный отель в центре города ,тихо по ночам,дружелюбный персонал ,очень хороший завтрак,очень чисто и уютно.

Cons:

Дружеский совет всем туристам-обращайте внимание каким цветом горит лампочка на замке в номер во время отпирания его с помощью карточки,если вдруг желтым сразу сообщите на ресепшен.Это означает ,что батарейки замка сели.Если не поменять,то открыть дверь тот еще квест!Берегите ваше время и нервы!

Хотелось бы получить ответ на мой вопрос от отеля или от Booking.com о списании предоплаты за несколько дней до приезда в отель и о сроках ее возврата с учетом того, что номера были оплачены в отеле полностью.

Great location and spacious room
Pros:

Spacious rooms, an excellent location, and a very good breakfast. My room had a lovely view of the street, which made it especially enjoyable to watch the street performers.

Cons:

Housekeeping was inconsistent. On some days, the room was well stocked and neatly arranged, while on other days it seemed only superficially attended to
