Colazione: mi baso sulla mia esperienza di una viaggiatrice abbastanza attiva- è da migliorare.
Assenza del cuoco che prepara le omelette ed altro sul momento e sulla richiesta -è la base..Poca scelta per quelli che preferiscono la colazione dolce oppure per le persone con le esigenze diverse (intolleranze). Ovviamente, questo considerando il prezzo della colazione a persona.
It was my 2d time in Tufenkian, both times with the same quality standards.The location is excellent, just close to Republic Square, you can walk to every place in the center. The atmosphere is very friendly, relaxed, we really feel that we are in Armenia. The rooms have space (also the toilettes), confortable and well decorated with Armenian handcraft and at the same time modern. The prices are correct. The level of cleanliness is very high, the hotel is quite and there was no noise from outside. Service is top, everybody is very kind, helpful and efficient. Breakfast is very complete with local and international choices, all fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed and appreciated this hotel very much.

Staff, room and location
The location is near a garden and vernissage market, stone throw away metro station and carrefour plus other super markets, pizza and other eatries, clean hotel with a great lobby and very good breakfast verity, fried eggs were my fav with chicken wings and tiramisu was yum yum.Polite staff. Windows open and the room temperature can be individually controlled which is always a plus in Europe. Even their Dilijan branch looked fantastic and I wish to stay there next Housekeeping daily is another bonus and inroom amenities are always a plus specially when u arrive or leave out of hours, including kettle, tea coffee, iron with stand and water bottles.
Junior suite with ugly view of underconstruction building, which booking.com doesn't specify, they just mentioned balcony with views and not all suits have balconies or views. Pool is closed and is only open in late summer.There us no handshower or bidder which i found in my previous 3 star hotel so it would be appreciated if added.
Идеальное расположение, в самом центре, относительно тихо, напротив вернисаж и все доступные кафе и рестораны в центре. Нормальный завтрак, неплохой для отеля этого уровня - все есть, но кофе входит в завтрак только 1 раз. Персонал хороший и дружелюбный.
Ковролин в номерах имеет запах и чистый только визуально, но без тапочек или обуви пройти нельзя - носки моментально пачкаются. Я жил в 3-х разных номерах, потому что продлевал бронирование на больший срок, 2 недели. В первом номере все было ок (710), второй номер (404) были проблемы с кондиционером на обогрев - он не обогревает, в третьем номере 701 есть проблемы с посторонними периодическими механическими шумами в блоке где кондиционер и плохо регулируется температура воды в душе.
Atmosfera tranquilla e silenziosa, la mattina si sente un piacevole canto degli uccellini che stanno sugli alberi del parchetto di fronte all'albergo, dove si tiene il Vernissage.
Il laboratorio tessile con le signore che lavorano tappeti al telaio è la caratteristica che conferisce unicità a questo hotel.
Camera e bagno spaziosi, puliti.
Colazione adatta a soddisfare tutti.
A piedi puoi raggiungere tutto il centro di Yerevan, città molto 'camminabile' ed europea!
Manca una zona di scarico-carico passeggeri, quando arrivi col taxi sei costretto a fare tutto di fretta, per evitare di bloccare troppo la circolazione.
