Nice get away
Pros:

Location, was excellent within walking distance to everything we needed.
Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Interrupted twice while booking in at reception for people wanting towels.
Mattresses was very uncomfortable

Pleasant two nights' stay at a comfortable hotel in a great setting.
Pros:

Great setting by the sea.Good sized rooms,and spacious bathrooms.Large eating rooms.Nice swimming pool and gym.

Cons:

Children not allowed to use the pool after 5pm.Don't most people check-in to a hotel evenings onward?

More than satisfactory but with reservations.
Pros:

Location, sense of style and occasion, bright and interesting. Old memorabilia and photos.Lovely personal touch for our anniversary. Sun lounge was lovely.

Cons:

Tired, small bedroom with one small high window. Dated furniture in dining room. Better than satisfactory food but unspectacular or memorable.

Very disappointing
Pros:

We liked the location of this hotel. Most of the staff were delightful and very helpful.

Cons:

The bedrooms are very dated and worn out. The windows didn’t close and they were dirty. We changed rooms as the first room was so dated with broken furniture, paper coming off the ceiling and very shabby decor. The 2nd room was marginally better but still very dated and worn out. The sink was blocked, only repaired after three times of reporting it. One lady on the reception was quite rude, barely looking at you when you checked in or needed help. Breakfast was ok, but not a huge choice, the waiting staff were very good.
The lounge’s were quite pleasent and far better than the bedrooms. The carpets in corridors and lift need a good vacuum until they are changed. I know refurbishments are taking place gradually, so I hope the hotel does well in the future, once works completed. Currently the hotel is not value for money.
The staff tried hard to make up for the issues, they gave us a cream tea and a bottle of fizz. I’d rather had not to complain but just enjoy the weekend.
The grounds outside were very well kept.

an enjoyable stay at a lovely hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

lovely clean room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would happily stay here again in the future.

Cons:

car park was full and struggled to find a parking space initally.

Pros:

Most of the staff well super helpful and the food was delicious

Cons:

I paid for an upgrade the view was lovely but the room was dated and shabby.
The bottle of wine we had with dinner was £57!!!!! It retails at £17 which is an horrendous mark up!!
The spa area wasn't very clearly sign posted and to be honest the changing rooms were not very clean and look like they're half finished.

Excellent stay for Birthday treat.
Pros:

The room was very clean and just as requested with Sea view. The staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble when asked for milk, sugar and coffee top ups.
