Everything! The feel and energy of this place was a huge highlight for me. Although it is right on 5th Avenue it is a calm, considered oasis and I truly LOVED staying here. Room was absolutely beautiful facing the garden, facilities were gorgeous and authentically Mexican, the staff so accommodating and friendly and the location AWESOME. I will 100% come back here. ✨🙌🏽

Excelente de principio a fin, destacó la atención del personal, pero también es digno de mención la limpieza y la ubicación. Tanto las habitaciones como el hotel en general están muy bonitos, el estilo y decoración de muy buen gusto, la cama cómoda y la habitación con todo lo necesario.
Volveremos a hospedarnos aquí.

Hotel boutique ... un verdadero oasis en pleno centro de Playa del Carmen, a una cuadra de la playa, a pocas cuadras de supermercado Walmart, habitaciones aisladas del.ruido, amplias, cómodas, el personal muy amable. No.cuenta con servicio de restaurante pero en el patio durante las mañanas ponen té, café y azúcar a disposición de los huéspedes, también hay dispensadores de agua fría y caliente afuera de las habitaciones y además hay frigobar en cada habitación. Muy tranquilo porque no cuenta con piscina ni otros espacios comunes, solo un patio muy lindo con mesas y sillas.

Très belle expérience à l’Hôtel Lunata. L’établissement est magnifiquement décoré, avec un style très beau et typique qui lui donne énormément de charme. Chaque détail est soigné, ce qui rend l’endroit vraiment agréable et plein de caractère.

Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et attentionné. Le jardin est un vrai petit havre de paix, très agréable, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le café offert le matin.

L’hôtel est également idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des environs. Je recommande cet établissement à 100 % !

The staff were very friendly and helpful -- I ended up staying an additional night because I enjoyed the accommodations. Great shower. Loves the hacienda aesthetic. Liked the balcony and spaciousness of the room. Really liked the vanity area that I used to get ready and right across the street was an Art walk I'd never seen after years of visiting the area. Coffee available in the morning was a nice way to meet other guests.

The room was perfect! Clean and gorgeous Mexican style decorations, very comfortable cause you can control the air conditioner and always have warm water in the shower. The water pressure was perfect.

We arrived there pretty late, around 1030pm. The receptionist was waiting for us to make sure we arrived safely and showed us to our room. From that moment on, everything about the hotel was great!
Super clean, amazingly located (as we found out kater on), almost no noise from the street (bearing in mind it is located right on the 5th ave). They serve coffee and some cookies every morning and the crew there is helpful and is always willing to help with finding a taxi driver or provide recommendations.

It was very centrally located, so noisy, but with earplugs manageable. Room was nice, bed comfortable, garden beautiful.
