La posizione sul lungomare di Venice è ottima per visitare la zona, godersi il tramonto e passeggiare sulla spiaggia! Comodissima la cucina, oltre al parcheggio all'interno della struttura! Nei dintorni ci sono caffè, bar e ristoranti.
La terrazza all'ultimo piano ha una vista meravigliosa!

Clean, bright and great location although lacking in a few areas
Pros:

Such a great location with good vibes! The rooftop area is such a nice spot to take in Venice Beach. The room was clean, bright and airy! The main bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Given we booked for 2A and 2C, I was surprised that we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. On top of that, there wasn’t 4 towels in the room so I had to go down and get more. While there was a kitchen including a coffee maker, there were no cups or plates - making it almost useless. Staff were pleasant enough, but not like the amazing service we received last time we stayed here (a few years back)

Ein authentisches Venice-Erlebnis!
Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt – mitten im Geschehen. Die Fenster sind zwar hellhörig, aber genau das gehört hier dazu: Man hört das Leben am Strand, Musik, ein paar schräge Gestalten in der Nacht – und genau das macht den Charme dieses Ortes aus.
Wer echtes Venice-Feeling sucht, ist hier absolut richtig.
