Piękne miejsce, relaks.
Pros:

To przepiękny i stylowy hotel-loft, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Pokoje naprawdę są takie ładne jak na zdjęciach. Lokalizacja przy najpiękniejszej plaży LA oraz blisko do restauracji i sklepów. Na dachu hotelu fajne miejsce na wypoczynek i spotkania towarzyskie- dodatkowa przestrzeń.

Cons:

Jeden z naszych pokojów (204) nie powinien być zakwalifikowany jako pokój "z częściowym widokiem na morze" bo widok jest właściwie na parking, a żeby zobaczyć może trzeba się mocno postarać.

La literie du grand lit était bonne et correcte
Pas de bruit dans la nuit
Quelqu’un à la réception 24/24h, pratique pour les arrivées tardives

Cons:

Quartier absolument plus fréquentable entre 21h et 10h du matin
Personnel pas franchement aimable (nous avons plutôt eu l’air de déranger)
Le lit canapé non préparé à notre arrivée, les draps étaient dans un sac à côté du canapé, qui lui devait être la depuis très longtemps, moralité nous avons dormi à 4 dans le même lit…
Pas de service de ménage (pas de changement de serviettes, pas de ménage dans la chambre, pas de lit refait…)
Le lave-vaisselle n’était pas vidé à notre arrivée
Le prix est exorbitant pour aucun service !

Très très déçus à l’arrivée en raison de la vétusté et du prix payé.un peu moins finalement.
Pros:

Ma proximité de la plage. La liberté de mouvements. L’accès au toit terrasse.
L’accessibilité à Santa Monica via la piste cyclable.

Cons:

La vétusté des lieux. Le manque d’entretien, lieu qui nécessite clairement une rénovation au vu du tarif ! La propreté limité dans certains endroits ( boiseries envahies par les insectes morts, vitres non faites, poussières partiellement faites)
Linges de toilette non changé.
La difficulté de stationnement compliquée par la présence de Sdf qui vivaient littéralement au pied du bâtiment , très bruyants donc très anxiogène car parfois alcoolisés voir drogués.

Обожаю этот отель. Всегда в нем останавливаюсь. Люблю этот вайб Вениса на границе с Санта Моникой.
В этом году стало намного чище. И нет уже палаточного городка бомжей. Но остались художники, музыканты. Всегда можно окунуться в туристическую атмосферу, или найти что-то свое)
Большой номер. Кухня. Отель с историей. Первая линия.

Cons:

Я специально брала номер с видом на океан, чтобы просыпаться и видеть его в окно.
Один большой минус был для меня.
Видимо изначально на окнах было зеркальное напыление от солнца. И вот с годами оно осталось.
Но днем полное ощущение что у тебя мутные грязные окна.(((
Очень хотелось бы чтобы это исправили.
И да. Слышимость между номерами. Но я готова с этим мириться)

Pros:

Location was good and right on Venice Beach. Room was somewhat smaller that we imagined from the photos but overall a comfy room. A little noisy at night due to the location but nothing that any other option along the beachfront wouldn't have.

We had so much FUN staying here!
Pros:

We stayed here to get some beach time ahead of an event in LA. Our expectations were exceeded in every way! The staff was always friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The rooftop was perfection, we spent many hours up there over the course of our long weekend. Location could not be beat: beautiful sunsets, the best people watching and easy access to all kinds of places to eat or explore. In the past Venice felt a little sketchy but this visit was so different, everything was clean and people were so nice, and I really can’t speak highly enough of our visit. We had the best time ever and will absolutely stay here again.
