Pros:

Je zit echt helemaal op het strand van Venice Beach waar alle actie is. Met wat geluk kan je ook de parking ernaast huren voor een prijs die een stuk hoger is dan de rest maar hij staat wel veilig achter een hek ondergronds.

Cons:

Geen ontbijt en kleine kamer. Je betaalt in principe puur voor de locatie, en dat is behoorlijk duur. Wat persoonlijk tegenviel was de onenthousiaste en onvriendelijke receptie toen we helemaal uitgeput aankwamen na onze lange reis. Dit werd wel meteen goedgemaakt door de 2 andere spontane mensen achter de balie de volgende ochtend.

Perfect location! Right on the beach. We borrowed beach chairs and an umbrella which the hotel offers and went to the beach. It was perfect!

A bit noisy, but it’s because of the prime location, and the World Cup.

La stanza è ben arredata. Bello il mattone a vista.

Cons:

Struttura sciatta e decadente. La moquette nei corridoi avrà almeno 60 anni. La cucina non è il massimo per cucinare: la vetroceramica è piccolina, non c'è un coltello che tagli ne una forbice, e cosa peggiore manca la cappa. Tutto è pervaso da un odore di chiuso e umidità. C'è una persona che presidia la struttura , ma forse farebbero più bella figura ad automatizzare il check-in / check-out perché tanto fatica anche a salutare quando passi. La vista mare parziale deludente.

The property is ideally located. Excellent facilities and amenities. Nothing was lacking.

At check-in, we didn't receive the apartment we paid for, number 404. We were assigned apartment number 203, which was completely different from the one we booked. We wanted a partial ocean view and a bright interior with a kitchen between the apartment's areas. We received a dark dungeon on the first floor, not the fourth, with a view of the wall of the neighboring building and the garage entrance. According to the staff, it was the same room. Unfortunately, we spent our first night in this room. After contacting Booking.com, we received the apartment we had booked the next day. The staff was rude, unwilling to discuss the issue and tried to close the door to end the conversation. If it weren't for this situation, everything would have been perfect.

Mi aspettavo di piu dalla località. Struttura un po vecchiotta, vista frontale bellissima ma le finestre sono vecchie e opache mentre la vista laterale é su un tetto di una struttura vecchia. Camera piccola per 3 persone ma per 2 notti é andata bene.

Unenjoyable night at Breezes Hotel
Pros:

Unfortunately we didn't have a very experience when we stayed on June 25th for 1 night. We arrived early evening and checked in. I asked the young lady at the counter if she could give us some recommendations for dinner and the response I got was I don't eat around her I do my own meal prepping. She said just Google it and see what you can find. The worst part of the night was the situation next door (abandoned building next door), there were many homeless people sleeping and hanging out on the front steps and in the building. We didn't get any sleep during the night, they were yelling and screaming at each other (some of the them were threatening each other and swearing thru the night). We did mention it to the gentleman at the front desk in the morning and told us they have been having issues. It was a very unenjoyable stay at the Venice Breezes Suites. We did also mention to the lady at the front desk in the morning as we checked out and she said they were sorry but that was it. I would not recommend or stay at thos hotel again.

Second time staying!
Pros:

The location to downtown Venice beach and the boardwalk is fantastic! The staff are so lovely and the rooms are beautiful, with comfy beds and pillows!

Cons:

It’s not their fault but there are a large amount of homeless people opposite now that Starbucks is gone. There was a lot of street noise from this. Again not their fault but if you want a solid nights sleep it can be challenging.
