Great restaurant
Pros:

Hotel is very nice, clean. Stuff is amazing, kind and friendly. Breakfast were very good, fresh and tastefull. The restaurant was amazing. One of the best food I have ever eaten.

Cons:

There is a noise from the main street, but it is not the hotel fault. Hotel is not too modern, some parts of the room was little bit broken.

Insgesamt ist die Lage wirklich toll und das Örtchen sehr charmant, allerdings sollten Sauberkeit, Zimmerausstattung und

Die Lage direkt am See war wunderbar und auch der Ort in dem das Hotel liegt versprüht einen tollen Charme.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eher schmal und bot wenig Auswahl. Auch bei der Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung der Zimmer besteht aus meiner Sicht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch die Klimaanlage, die bei fast 40 Grad überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat. Es wurde sich auch nicht darum bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Gerade bei diesen Temperaturen ist eine funktionierende Klimaanlage für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt eigentlich unverzichtbar.

I really enjoyed everything, especially the staff’s attentiveness. The only thing was that the air conditioner was acting strangely—or rather, it wasn’t working, but it kept gurgling at night. As I understood it, it’s a shared system for the whole building, which is why it didn’t work the way you’re used to: turned off - silent right away.
On the other hand, it could have been worse—I remember when I was in Turkey, my neighbors’ air conditioner unit on my balcony was running like a helicopter; I couldn’t even think about sitting out on the balcony to relax, and I couldn’t even open the window because of the deafening roar

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, è proprio sopra al fiume più corto del mondo e vicino al museo di Cassone ed a pochi km da Malcesine.
La camera è ampia e pure il bagno, il letto comodo e buona e varia la colazione.

Cons:

L'ingresso nel cortile ed il parcheggio piccolo e molto difficoltoso.
L'aria condizionata era regolata un po' troppo alta e la camera era un po' troppo calda, anche dopo la richiesta di abbassarla.

La totale mancanza dell'aria condizionata, malgrado le 3 richieste specifiche rivolte al responsabile, che ha fatto finta di risolvere il problema, ma in realtà se ne è completamente disinteressato. Come non bastasse, split condizionatore di una sporcizia mai vista. Una notte infernale......mai dormito.

Pros:

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig das Personal ist etwas freundlicher wie vor 4 Jahren.

Cons:

Die Klimanlage ist immer noch defekt und es hat auf Nachfrage niemanden interressiert, Antwort war komisch wir schauen aber getan wurde nichts, auch vor 4 Jahren war diese schon defekt.
Gebucht wurden 2 Doppelzimmer, erhalten haben wir eines im Hotel und das andere war in einer Ferienwohnung. Beides nicht sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Kein Toilettenpapierhalter, die Duschstange musste zum Teil festgehalten werden, da sie immer aus der Halterung fiel. Nicht besonders sauber.
