Premium Tower Suites

Wir wurden regelrecht aus dem Hotel geschmissen, weil wir Touristen waren wegen dem Virus.
Man wurde Sehr diskriminierend behandelt weil wir deutsche und chilenen sind.
Und das mit 2 Kindern.
Niewieder.
Die Hygiene gerade bei öffentlichen Toilette wie oben im Restaurant war grauenvoll. Weder Papier in den Toiletten noch Seife für die Hände. Die Toilette voll mit Kot und Urin.
OBWOHL wir auf deren Wunsch das Hotel verlassen sollten habe ich die Nacht nicht zurück erstattet bekommen.

Great location, great staff, and great breakfast.

The reception staff were unable to arrange taxis for me, they simply just ignore your request.

My taxi to the vineyards arrived 1 hour late. After 30 minutes wait in the lobby the lady who arranged this simply clocked off home leaving me there waiting. I raised this with the other receptionist who then had to book the tour for me! Because I was so delayed the second out of a 2 vineyard tour was closed by the time we got there. I had to argue with the taxi driver and say I’m not paying the price of a 2 vineyard tour to get him to detour to another vineyard, that fortunately opened the gates past closing time to let me in on a rushed tour.

My taxi to the airport was a failure too. After waiting 20 minutes in the lobby I asked if it was still on the way. The receptionist said it ‘couldn’t find me so left’, which I struggle to believe. After he phoned one turned up in 5 minutes...

I don’t understand what kind of customer service training you give your receptionists, it’s awful. Tourists in Mendoza want to visit the vineyards and get to the airport. How can such simple tasks fail so badly?!

Bathroom's lack of maintenance. They did not allow us a 12pm check out after several nights there

Habiéndolo conocido previamente, al llegar uno nota un claro deterioro y falta de mantenimiento en sus instalaciones. Duchas con revestimientos partidos o despegados (habitación 302), unos de los baños estaba tapado, no evacuaba. Las 2 camas individuales no tenían cubre almohadas.
Las alfombras de los pasillos en espacios comunes, sucias. Una lástima.

Siempres predispuestos ante cualquier duda o inquietud..

hotel bem localizado, de fácil acesso, apartamento grande e espaçoso, boa limpeza, sem nada excepcional. Confortável. Tudo que solicitamos foi atendido. As vezes, os funcionários se mostraram secos e pouco gentis, mas educados.

Private garage parking, very narrow spots but the security guards that are working are very nice and willing to pull your car in for you. Mendoza is a prominent Spanish only area but a few staff speak decent English. The gym was a bit outdated but they had a good variety of stuff. The rooms are nice and I’m sure a very nice for that area. We had the suite with 2 bedrooms. The big room had a queen which was composed of two beds out together which was very uncomfortable. They had blow dryer but no iron (no biggie). Amazing Mountain View’s from room and breakfast area. Overall I would stay there again along with other bigger brand hotels in the area.

Primeiramente, cumpre destacar que o Hotel é bem localizado, próximo aos principais pontos de interesse no centro. Distante, em média, de uma caminhada de 15 min no máximo. Staff da recepção muito atencioso. Em relação ao quarto, trata-se de um apartamento grande e confortável. A limpeza de um modo geral foi "ok", mas todo dia as camareiras retiravam o piso do banheiro e não colocavam outro no lugar, obrigando a ter que ligar na recepção e solicitar um limpo, pois é um item indispensável, considerando que não tem box no banheiro (banheira com cortina) e molha todo o chão. Uma coisa péssima é que a água quente do chuveiro é aquecida por "caldeira" e acaba em 10/15 minutos, demorando 40 minutos para ter água quente novamente. É impossível 3 pessoas tomarem banho na sequência (duas pessoas a segunda já vai ficar com água fria no final do banho). Café da manhã básico, honesto, sem variedade, porém gostoso. Não utilizei as demais instalações do hotel. Um ponto negativo, que especificamente ocorreu comigo, foi que tive um problema com a fechadura da porta do quarto e nos 5 dias que fiquei hospedado não consertaram e para acessar o quarto era necessário que um funcionário abrisse a porta com a chave mestra. Nada que nos atrapalhasse demasiadamente, considerando que ficávamos fora o dia inteiro e acessávamos o quarto umas duas vezes no dia, mas faltou um pouco de empenho para resolver o problema.

The cleaniness, gym available, parking for the car. Staff were helpful. This hotel is convenient, everything was acsisible to restaurants, stores, etc. Breakfast was varied and good.

Tudo muito bom. Acomodação com bastante espaço e pessoal atencioso. O prédio não é moderno, mas tudo funciona muito bem.
