Special touches make the stay memorable.
Pros:

Booked for one night as a stopover and was not expecting too much. Boy were we wrong.
Lovely bright open reception are and plenty of care from staff.
Onsite parking wgich was helpful and good sized.
Our room was a delight, beach vibe but not over the top, definitely felt like a resort rather than your average motel.
Quality of the amenities was excellent,including a very very nice shampoo and conditioner and body wash that I would happily buy for home. Nespresso pod coffee and herbal teas were also a welcome change.
Pool and spa were wonderful to relax in, we stayed way past the crinkly finger stage.
We didn’t eat at the restaurant abut was impressed to see the number of gluten free meals on the menu.
Bed was a true king and very nice to sleep on.
Noticed that along with the usual iron and board etc there was also a compact clothes drying rack. Given the rooms all gave a verandah seating area as well, it allowed a way to dry towels and wetgear outside.
Good working split system and a place for bags and hanging clothes too.
Shower was oversized and water pressure excellent. Would have liked a little more bench around the sink but that’s a small thing.
Felt like a lot of thought had gone in to small touches that make you feel at home but also a bit special.
Would happily come back for a longer stay.

A beautiful resort, with many wonderful facilities and located amongst many other wonderful attractions.
Pros:

The room was really lovely, especially the bathroom and lounge. The pool, trampolines, gym, tennis court and gardens were wonderful. The pool being so warm was the best! My bed was comfy. As a mum it was a treat to come back to the cabin and find the beds made and bins emptied. Also, the layout of the room was fantastic.

Cons:

The kitchenette is not really made for proper cooking. I think there should be instructions provided with this kitchen. The stove was cramped and confusing to use. A smaller saucepan would have been helpful.
The freezer, we were told, is actually an icebox(our ice-creams melted).
There’s no oven.
The cutlery provided is odd sizes and not really sufficient(child size forks and knives).
Some thicker soft blankets are needed for those cold nights.
