An okay option for 1-2 day max.
Pros:

The room has nice kitchen which makes your stay more comfortable. The hotel is pretty new and location is good.

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean when we checked in and the staff didn't come for cleaning even though we extended the stay for one more day. The facilities of the hotel like pool, etc. were closed.

Too short for such a fantastic place.
Pros:

It has an exceptional presentation, superb decor, lovely finishing touches , a fabulous aroma and superb staff. And great restaurant food. Andrew was my host, super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place. I only stayed one night and I was definitely a bit sad to leave.
Well done Great Ocean Rd resort.

No water at 09:00 for washing we were next to the staff area they were a bit too noisy first thing waking us up.
That said we have stayed here a number of times and like it

Excellente escale sur la Great Ocean Road
Pros:

L’appartement est cosy et confortable,
Nous avons également apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine avec son espace jacuzzi.
Les extérieurs sont arborés et bien entretenus.
La facilité d’enregistrement à l’arrivée comme au départ.

Jazzed up motel with both good and disappointing aspects

Everything new, clean and in good condition
Lots of green planted between the units and the path.
Parking on the premises.

Cons:

- You pay a considerable amount extra for breakfast included. It consists of a small loaf of bread, a small pot of jam, a cube of butter and a small bottle of orange juice in a paper bag that you receive at check-in.
- There was a big tv screen that lit up with a dimmed light when there was movement at night. I guess to enable you to find the toilet. But it also lit up if you moved in bed, which was very annoying. It was not clear whether/how this could be disabled.
- The room is quite small, but there is a small terrace in front of it where you can sit. Unfortunately there is zero privacy on your terrace. Perhaps this will improve over time when the green has matured more.
