The hotel is right next to a train line. It’s very loud. But the area is busy and convenient. Very close and walkable to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel building is very old. It’s clean but definitely old. It can be a little noisy because it’s in a busy area and because of the train. You definitely hear it and feel it every time the train goes by.

House keeping was punctual and kept room clean every day. Lots of restaurants nearby. Had to travel on metro to shop for luxury items.

Pros:

I inadvertently left a bag at the reception desk when I checked in and no one on the hotel staff thought to reach out and let me know. I discovered it myself when I went down to check on it in a panic. Also, it’s a little thing but the hair dryer is worse than useless. It only works when you squeeze the handle tightly and easily overheats.

The Superior rooms are wonderful! However, the other rooms lack USB ports and do not have enough plugs. The decor is beautiful, beds are comfortable, nice little touches like free slippers. Common areas are welcoming to hang out in. Noise from metro is negligible. Staff are really helpful! Highly recommend!

Room is to small, in my opinion some items should not be there, to create more space.. another thing I did not like is that water ia provided only the first day but the price for the room is equal, if the second day I paid the same, i shoul get the same benefits right?

Excellent little hotel close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Very nice room and very helpful staff. Only negative it’s near a metro which is noisey and the lift broke on one of the days we were there which as a disabled guest meant I couldn’t use my room for a few hours.

Nice warming reception, the guy who checked us in was very kind.
As for room, bedding was good, great toiletries. However, cleaning was ok ok, sink was clogged, floor for bathroom and floor was not clean, bathroom was moldy, and carpet was not clean as well
