Great location, convenient stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms, close to the main area with many restaurants open late.

Cons:

Haven't received check-in instructions so we had to call and ask about these. Once we talked to them on the phone, they confirmed they'd meet us at the reception area so no issues with that.

Comfortable bedrooms, love and accomodating staff!
Pros:

Everyone was very accomodating - especially with our schedule which was late arrival, early checkout. Also appreciate that office looked for more shampoo for us after we got off Heaphy track!

We were close to town, the apartment was clean, roomy, parking right outside.

Good central location
Pros:

A good location , 7/8 minute walk to town centre with numerous bars and restaurants .
There is a pub a 5 minute walk from the hotel in the opposite direction.
It appears to be student accommodation, but we had no issues regarding noise or anything to disturb us .
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room , for two people, only had a desk , no table for eating on , even though there were cooking facilities in the room .
