Pros:

The hotel is situated in a nice location and away from the main town centre. It has a swimming pool, gym friendly for sport minded people, staff are extremely friendly and nice. It offers a decent value for money.

Cons:

The hotel has not been kept tidy; dirty carpets and dusty. The room doesn’t have a fridge - it is a must considering the weather. Some guests are allowed to smoke so you can smell the smoke across the corridors .. the bathroom/s have mould, and many bathroom fittings are loose. This could be a better star hotel should the management look into the above issues..
