ניל היה נחמד מאוד וקיבל אותנו יפה, היה זמין לכל שאלה

החדר לא הרגיש נקי במיוחד, רצפה רקובה ליד השירותים, מזגן מלא אבק ברמה שכל פעם שהדלקנו אותו הרגשנו צריבה בעיניים,
בנוסף המזגן בצורה מוזרה וממוקם במיקום גרוע כך שכשקמים בלילה הוא מפריע לצאת מהמיטה.

הגענו למקום עשינו הזמנה בבוקינג רבע שעה לפני. אמרו לנו שעדיין לא חיבו. החדר שהיה אמור להיות סוויטה מפנקת עם גקוזי היה קטן, חשוך, ליד הקבלה,, עם ריח חזק של עובש שאי אפשר היה לנשום שם. אמרנו לו שאנחנו לא מוכנים לישון שם. אמר שעדיין לא חויבנו ואפשר לבטל ולא נחויב. בסוף בוקינג כן חייב אותנו. בוקינג אמר שהבעלים לא אישרו להם לבטל את התשלום, הבעלים אמרו שבוקינג צריך לאדר את הביטול וכך העבירו אותנו מאחד לשני ולקחו לנו 800 שח
