リフレッシュ　安心・安全　日常を離れてリゾート気分
Pros:

スタッフの対応がテキパキとしていて、安心・安全に過ごすことができた。お部屋も清潔で、ワイファイもスムースに機能して、メール確認等旅先でもできた。朝食時のスタッフの対応もよかった。朝食も落ち着いた環境の中でおいしくいただいた。

Cons:

英語表記が多く、日本語での記載があればもっと良かったが、日常空間から解放されたという面では「よかった」とも言える。カーナビでホテルに向かったが、やや道に迷う場面があった。

チェックイン前のひとときから、このホテルの上質さはさりげなく伝わってきます。ウェルカムドリンクとともに供された生チョコレートは、旅の疲れをやさしくほどき、これから始まる滞在への期待を静かに高めてくれました。
今回滞在したのは、追加料金でアップグレードした「new knows old」のお部屋。リニューアルした空間は、和と洋が美しく溶け合うジャパンディスタイル。やわらかな照明、選び抜かれた調度品、そして細部に宿る美意識が、穏やかで心地よい時間を演出します。
お部屋に用意されたお茶の飲み比べセットも、この滞在を印象づける一つ。なかでも、ほうじ茶と抹茶を合わせたそれぞれ合わせた金平糖は、サウナ後の体にすっと馴染む上品な甘さで、記憶に残る味わいでした。器や、フロント階に漂うお香の香りに至るまで、空間全体がひとつの“体験”として丁寧に設計されていることが伝わってきます。
赤坂や大濠公園といったエリアへのアクセスも良好で、都市の利便性と落ち着いた滞在の両立が叶う立地。周辺には料亭やレストランも点在し、食の楽しみも尽きません（訪問の際は事前予約がおすすめです）。
大浴場は落ち着いた雰囲気の中でゆったりと利用でき、ドライサウナと水風呂が心身を整えてくれます。さらに、一部ではありますが、ReFaやYA-MANといった美容機器の導入も嬉しいポイント。ジムもまた清潔感にあふれ、有酸素運動から全身の筋力トレーニングまで、旅先でも自分のリズムを崩さずに過ごすことができます。
3泊4日、異なるホテルを巡る中で出会ったこの一軒は、滞在そのものが記憶に残る特別な場所でした。慌ただしい日常から少し距離を置き、静かに自分を整える。そんな時間を求める人にこそ、訪れてほしいホテルです。

Cons:

いくつか気になった点がありました。アップグレードした客室の満足度が非常に高いだけに、初めて訪れる方にはより積極的に上位カテゴリーの提案があっても良いように感じます。現状の予約導線ではスタンダードルームが中心となっており、魅力的な客室の存在がやや伝わりにくい印象を受けました。
また、大浴場の設備においては、ReFaのシャワーヘッドやYA-MANのドライヤーが一部のみの導入となっているため、全体で統一されると、より一層の満足感につながるのではないでしょうか。スタンダードルームについても、やや経年を感じる部分があり、空間全体の印象とのギャップが気になりました。
ジムに関しては設備自体は充実しているものの、マシンの使用方法について簡単な案内や声がけがあると、より安心して利用できると感じます。加えて、マシンの配置の工夫があるともっと良くなると感じました。レストランの臨時休業に関する案内がチェックイン時になかった点も、今後改善されるとより快適な滞在につながると思います。
スタッフの対応については、お部屋まで案内をしてくれたスタッフは非常に心配りが行き届き、こちらの意図を先回りして汲み取ってくださる笑顔が素敵な方がいらっしゃる一方で、お声がけのタイミングによってはやや余裕のなさを感じる場面もあり、対応に少しばらつきがある印象を受けました。全体としてのサービス水準が高いからこそ、今後さらに均一化されることで、より洗練された滞在体験につながるのではないかと感じます。
それでもなお、全体としての完成度と体験価値は非常に高く、再訪したいと感じさせる魅力にあふれた滞在でした。

Worst experience in Japan

Cons:

Worst hotel service I’ve experienced in Japan.
Check-in was extremely slow and disorganised. We were seated away from the front desk and left waiting for a long time. A staff member, Anish, kept changing the charges, asked us to pay multiple times, and described additional fees as “very cheap,” which was unprofessional. Taxes were charged double times and could not be clearly explained in English.
We waited over 30 minutes past the check-in time due to staff’s lack of knowledge about the charges, yet the hotel charges for early check-in with no consideration for delays caused by their own low efficiency.
The shuttle bus service ends at 4pm, and when I asked where to go or how to travel after that, I was only told to “take a train or taxi,” without any directions or guidance.
I also requested larger-sized pyjamas, but this was refused. I was told to “try first” and return to the front desk if they didn’t fit.
For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, the service, communication, and professionalism were far below expectations.

The room itself was quite old, although the view was nice
The location is inconvenient without the shuttle bus, especially for guests who do not wish to take a taxi.
