Don’t Waste Your Time or Money
Pros:

Onsen and spa was nice. The free shuttle to Hakata Station was a plus.

Cons:

The room was unclean, the bathroom tiles were moldy and poor quality linens. The room itself was outdated, unkept and sparse.

Only one restaurant was open during my stay, not three restaurant options as advertised.

Cons:

House Keeping的服務質素很一般，用過的叻啡杯不幫你清潔，垃圾沒有完全清潔，打我放地上的購物袋和衣服當垃圾扔掉，真的非常不小心！

Not what you expected from a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

The public areas seems nice, with a little bit of city view, the japanese style room has a lot of space, and the service of the hotel was very nice.

Cons:

The room was too old, definitely needs renovation.

Pros:

Bel design delle zone comuni, davvero eleganti. Staff super sorridente e gentile. Colazione con piccolo buffet dolce e servizio al tavolo con vassoio ricco di offerta e cibo di grande qualità. Capsule nespresso in camera ottima coccola.

Cons:

La camera, incredibilmente per il Giappone, non era pulita. La scrivania, lateralmente lato vicino al muro, presentava uno spesso strato di polvere e sul soffitto c’erano ragnatele. Sono rimasto stranito ma spero serva per fare più attenzione nella pulizia. Il design dei corridoi che portano alle camere non molto di mio gusto.

ちょっと駅から遠いですが、その分静かで隠れ家感がありました。休息には良いと思います。
Pros:

・朝ごはんが美味しいし、コスパも良い

Cons:

・朝ごはんを食べる前提なら全く問題ないが、朝のシャトルバス稼働の時間帯が少し遅いと感じた。(私は朝ごはんが気に入ったので問題ありませんでしたが。)
・近くに売店やコンビニは無いのでホテルに向かう前に買うものがあるなら買っとく必要がある。
