Good location everything else not so much
Pros:

the best thing about this hotel was the location- close to metro stations and walkable to most attractions and the staff - they were very frienly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower head would fall midway through the shower- hurt when it fell on you.
Bed was not super comfortable and would wake up with a stiff neck.
There is no soundproofig whatsoever for inside the hotel- got to hear our neighbour everytime they would go to the bathroom.

There are only 2 pillows provided and it’s thin and not fluffy. Will appreciate if the pillows will be fuller so easier to sleep otherwise no other complaint

A good choice for location and convenience.
Pros:

5mins walk from city hall metro which is just 1 stop from main seoul station and metro, nearby around have a lot of food selections, convenience stores and nice quiet area from the busy streets and roads.

Cons:

the room refrigerator was spoil but the staff replaced it with a brand new one, polite staff and hotel checking was quick and smooth. it was nice having the gym and washer/dryer in the same floor at same proximity for near end of the day winding down.

Nel cuore di Seoul
Pros:

- La posizione: eccezionale. La struttura è un pieno centro a Seoul ed è ben servita dalla metro. Le distanze della città sono impegnative, ma diverse cose siamo riusciti a vederle partendo a piedi dall'albergo e... camminando!
L'area è ben servita da ristoranti e opzioni varie e sta a pochi passi dalla super turistica zona del mercato di Myeongdong (5/10 minuti a piedi). Praticamente ci si può calare nel mare di persone ogni sera, ma si è sufficientemente distanti da poter godere di un po' di tranquillità.
Va inoltre detto che il bus navetta dall'aeroporto arriva a pochi metri dalla struttura. Una comodità notevole per chi ha diversi bagagli.
- Le dimensioni della stanza sono onestissime: rispetto ad altri alberghi sul genere, qui siamo stati davvero comodi... Spazio per le valigie, per muoversi e per respirare senza indisporre l'altro.
- Il bagno in stile occidentale è spazioso e permette di prepararsi e farsi la doccia senza bagnare ovunque. Non è una banalità visto che in Corea spesso la doccia è attaccata al lavandino. Acqua calda sempre disponibile e relax in vasca da bagno dopo le mille visite in città.

La struttura in generale è così comoda che i piccoli difetti passano in secondo piano. Vi tornerei subito se dovessi tornare a Seoul!

Cons:

- Letto non comodissimo (ovviamente è soggettivo, ma in generale mancavano quelle piccolezze, come ad esempio i cuscini extra, che permettono di trovare una posizione comoda anche se il materasso non è il top)
- Camera poco insonorizzata: ci è capitata una camera di fronte all'ascensore. L'ascensore suona e "parla" ogni volta che arriva al piano e dalla nostra camera si sentiva benissimo! Anche le altre camere sembrano attaccate alle orecchie se i vicini sono molto rumorosi (ma devo dire che siamo stati fortunati e tutti sono stati veramente educati e tranquilli dopo una certa ora).
- La camera era un po' datata nelle rifiniture, o comunque sottotono nei dettagli. Nel bagno ad esempio la rubinetteria era incrostata di calcare.
