Pros:

Buena ubicación en una pequeña calle peatonal muy tranquila. A tres minutos andando de 'Las Setas'. Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. Con armario suficiente. Personal muy amable

El wifi iba un poco lento en algunos momentos

Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro della città e tutte i monumenti più famosi.
Colazione abbondante, preparata dallo staff sul momento.
Letto molto grande e davvero molto confortevole.
Camera molto pulita.
Struttura senza ascensore, ma lo staff è disponibile perfino a portare i bagagli in stanza.

Hotel pulitissimo e in un'ottima posizione, personale disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Si potrebbero migliorare alcune cose:
In primo luogo la colazione, sarebbe bello avere prodotti tipici freschi oltre al Jamón/formaggio ad esempio dolci, brioches o torte tipiche del posto.
In secondo luogo, nella camera il divano e il materasso erano eccessivamente cedevoli/sfondati.
Infine, il palazzo è storico e questo è sicuramente da tenere in considerazione, ma le camere dovrebbero essere un minimo insonorizzate.

Bonne expérience.
Pros:

L accueil, très bien. La personne a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l hôtel et nous a présenté les principaux centres d intérêts de la ville et un plan. Nous avons ete bien accueillis malgré une arrivée un peu tôt. La chambre très confortable et bien placée. Environnement calme.

Cons:

L hôtel a demandé les références de ma carte banquaire (en cas de degradation) et nous avons dû signer sur une tablette pour valider notre identité.

Great location in the center of Seville for a short stay.
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the location. The rooftop access was a bonus. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was on the upper floor, so hard to climb stairs. Luckily we did not have large luggage pieces, so managed it upstairs. No elevator. Smell in bathroom was not enjoyable.

La ubicación lo mejor. El desayuno estaba muy rico y el personal muy amable

Un poco pequeña la habitación, la cama, el colchón no muy comodo y el bano pequeñito. Sin lujos pero todo limpio y correcto.
