The room was large and clean. The Friday night BBQ buffet had a great variety of good food. It would have been even more delicious had the food all been hot.

ビジネスで4泊しました。マカッサルで最も収容能力が大きく、団体客も多く、朝食はその団体客との時間をずれせば快適です。朝食のメニューは豊富でインドネシア料理に洋食など、日本食はありませんが、大満足です。ホテル内には中華風、和食風、もちろんインドネシア料理にバーベキューレストランもあり、選択肢が豊富です。また、24時間ではありませんが朝6時から夜10時まで使えるジムやプールがあるフィットネスセンターは、大変便利です。ただし、無線ネットワークに関してはロビー階では問題ありませんが、客室内では繋がりにくい時もありました。いずれにしてもこの価格で上記のようなサービスは大変お得です。次回もぜひ利用したいと思います。

Sudah beberapa kali menginap disini sejak namanya masih Clarion. Lokasi strategis, fasilitas lengkap seperti sepeda, atm, dll, sarapan lezat dengan berbagai menu pilihan.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights flying in from Bali. For a friends wedding. they had their wedding reception in one of the convention rooms and it was amazing! We enjoyed our experience in Makasaar and the friendly locals.

Clean, comfort, i can finish my jobs savely . My kids also enjoy this hotel facilities. Thanks

I booked this hotel for my mom & dad, they had a family wedding held in there. I booked for grand clarion which is a new building of hotel but instead they gave an old room, no carpet & a very small twin bed. The bathroom locked from outside instead from in side for normal bathroom. I’m not surprised when my dad told me, we had an experience when me & my husband stay in there, so not a standard for westerner.

Generally all round v satisfactory service !

On the advertised room facilities there was supposed to be a bathtub but we got to the room and there wasn't. I went back down to ask if I could please get a room with a bathtub and they said their were no rooms at the same price with a bathtub and that it would be extra charge to upgrade rooms. I pleaded my case a few times and waited about 15 min by the time they went back and forth to the manager to see if they would upgrade for me. They finally did but it wasn't a pleasant experience. The wifi didn't work. In addition they did not inform us at check in that we should get parking vouchers for free parking. The breakfast could use a pick me up. Otherwise nice hotel and pool!

Receptionist work very slow

It took me 20 minutes for check in, i had to wait to lobby and confirm again to a receptionist which make me very tired. The facilities is old fashion which some of them need to paint again, marks on table. As soon as walk out from lift , the air was very hot, it seemed the air conditioner didnt work.

Hotel is good, but towel is a bit old.

The only 2 niggles i had , not enough seating in lobby and not enough info about what's on in the evening.

Pros: Friendly check-in. Pretty staff. Nice bellboys/concierge.

Unfortunately got the old wing of the hotel despite paying a price premium for Deluxe Pavilion. Almost no signage to pool and better side of hotel.

Taxis are confusing to order. Not regular taxis but unmarked vans with arbitrary pricing. Our hotel taxi van driver got lost en route to well known hotel.

Every single room in this hotel has stained/damage carpets. What's with this?

Bed was hard and pillows were hard.

Would stay at Sheraton Four Points or Aston next time.

we love this hotel especially the pool and the breakfast. some rooms are a bit musty with carpet, but overall comfortable.

Second trip to Makassar, and this hotel was more comfortable than the last one. Airport pickup service was good.

Good hotel but bot excellent yet, bo good cupboard in room and no body lotion and no smsll towel
