Beautiful old building in a nice location. Easy walking to lots of bars and restaurants. Lovely courtyard for breakfast and a glass of wine later.

Water pressure on the 4th floor was very weak, 65 stairs to climb from reception to room.

Good location
Die Unterkunft ist schön recht nah am Fuße des Cerro San Cristóbal gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück (kein Buffet) ausreichend und gut. Persona sehr freundlich.

Interesting building with theme-based rooms. Interior design renovation based on historic structure. Lovely interior lounge area filled with books and lots of seating. Great outdoor seating area. Bar in hotel.
Bellavista is a bouncy neighborhood, but hotel area is very quiet, also double glazed windows. Attractive pocket park out front. Very close to funicular and zoo.

We stayed there earlier in the month and the “wine time” was an hour and, more or less, unlimited wine. They changed it to four hours and only one very skimpy glass. That was VERY disappointing.
What an exceptional hotel. Great historic rooms in good location with great breakfasts. But the staff are the stars : Miguel, Hipolito, Lautaro and Claudio and all the staff team were so helpful and responsive. It felt like a home from home due to them.

Our room was adjacent to the beutuful community lounge. But other noisy guests enjoying chatting at 1am in the lounge woke us up, on one night of 3.
Warm welcome, super comfortable, great breakfast.
Upgraded to a really beautiful room - stunning building, in a central location. It's close to a fairly loud bar area but no noise disturbance to the hotel at all. Breakfast was also really nice :) Staff kindly carried out heavy suitcase all the way to the top floor for us. Would absolutely recommend.
