Excelente, uma decoração primorosa
Location is close to several restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was provided in the morning. Room was comfortable, and bed was also comfortable. Unique older building that is nicely maintained.
The hotel, since it is a historic building does not have an elevator. Staff assisted with bags, but may be a factor to consider for some. The area around had lots to do, but didn’t feel comfortable walking around in the night.
Style and character. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing as was the complimentary wine.

Almost everything - room, views, amenities, on site restaurant, security, staff services, walking access to Bellavista and Lastarria barrios and central city museums.
No elevator. Room was on 4th floor! Good workout.
Quirky hotel with an interesting history. Comfortable and atmospheric lounge area, themed rooms, delicious breakfast and super helpful staff. Ideal location with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Near to funicular railway.

Excellent location near Cerro San Cristobal, lovely and accommodating staff, delicious breakfast, adorable room that was well-decorated with historic tidbits. They were happy to store our luggage during our trip to Patagonia prior to check-in. Clean facilities, and would absolutely stay here again when in Santiago.
The hotel was quaint, being more than 100 years old, and welcoming. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast as well as the breakfast box packed for us for the next day's travels. We could walk to all the major tourist attractions.
