5 star stay!
Pros:

An unforgettable stay at Castillo Rojo. The building is historic, beautifully restored and you have the feeling of staying somewhere special. The attention to detail is 5 star, the most comfortable bed and room. Breakfast is delicious and the complimentary glass of vino each evening is a lovely touch. Free coffee from 6am in the lounge is great for early birds!
Bellavista is a charismatic neighbourhood and base in Santiago, easy access to lots of restaurants (highly recommend Galindo and Peumayén, both on the doorstep of the hotel).
The hotel is located 15 mins walk to town and metro access. Nearby the Parque Metropolitano de Santiago and Cerro San Cristobal, an amazing walk in nature and beautiful views of the city.
Best of all, the service from the team at Castillo Rojo, friendly and always on hand with advice on where to go. Special shout out to Laurence at Reception, the Concierge, breakfast and evening bar teams. And of course, the often overlooked team in hotels, Housekeeping!
I felt so at at home there, I extended my stay and will return. I wish there was a hotel of this quality and price point in every city. Don´t hesitate, book it, you won´t regret it!

Hotel bonito mas numa zona com muito barulho durante a noite e madrugada. Impossível dormir
Pros:

O edificio é um verdadeiro castelo e os quartos muito bonitos.

Cons:

O hotel está no meio de muitos bares/discotecas com música altíssima até tarde na madrugada. A única forma de dormir é com tampões e almofadas nos ouvidos. Mesmo assim, não conseguimos descansar nenhuma das duas noites que estivemos lá. Por esse motivo, pedi para subir o café da manhã ao quarto para a minha filha e a empregada de serviço ameaçou multar-me se o fazia.
Também houve um casamento no hotel numa das noites e avisaram-nos apenas 24 horas antes.

A perfect, unforgettable honeymoon in a charming castle in Santiago!
Pros:

We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our honeymoon! The Castillo Rojo is charming and full of character, and the staff made us feel truly special. We were surprised with a bottle of champagne and some thoughtful treats we didn't expect, which made our stay even more memorable. The service was excellent throughout our 7 nights, everyone was always kind, attentive and helpful.

A magical kind of hotel to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel welcome all the time. The food was great and the hotel has lots of atmosphere as well as being in a great location. We will stay here again.

Lindo Hotel, cómodo. Personal muy amable. Cama y baño muy cómodo. Lamentablemente se trató de un viaje exprés, por lo que no tuvimos mucho tiempo para disfrutar del lugar y de nuestra estadía.
