Viaje exprés
Pros:

Lindo Hotel, cómodo. Personal muy amable. Cama y baño muy cómodo. Lamentablemente se trató de un viaje exprés, por lo que no tuvimos mucho tiempo para disfrutar del lugar y de nuestra estadía.

A magical kind of hotel to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel welcome all the time. The food was great and the hotel has lots of atmosphere as well as being in a great location. We will stay here again.

Amazing stay, 100% recommend and return!!
Pros:

This hotel is amazing! The staff is incredibly nice, and everything looks beautiful. The room was very comfortable, and we got a little gift because it was our anniversary. Breakfast is also good, you have a little buffet and you can choose a dish from a small menu. You get a free wine in wine hour and that’s also amazing.

Actually nothing!

Fantastic hotel and amazing staff.
Pros:

This may be the best combination of service and facilities we have ever encountered at this price point or any for that matter. The bed was fantastic as was the shower pressure and temperature. Breakfast was first class and even included mimosas if desired. Just Devine!

Small hotel with very friendly staff where you are treated like a valued guest.
Pros:

It’s a small hotel and the staff makes you feel valued and welcome. They were so happy to help and genuinely friendly. They spoke good English and were a valuable resource to know where to go and when.

Cons:

I didnt have any real dislikes. They didn’t have a few option everyday at breakfast however it wasn’t something that I felt took away from our stay.

Um hotel exepcional. Muito bonito, com ótimo cheiro, café da manhã gostoso e extremamente bem localizado. O atendimento da equipe total - e deixo um abraço ao Lautaro - foi muito bom. Minha parceira teve um grave problema de saude em um dos dias e o suporte que tivemos foi ótimo. Obrigado a todos e faremos questao de recomendar para outros viajantes. EXCELENTE opção!!!

Great location to eat locally and explore the city.
Pros:

Location location location! Hotel is a stroll away from cable cars that take you across the city as an alternative to taxi. The staff were wonderful and helpful during our stay. Unique property with an interesting history and view to the Andes. We booked a large room with lounge area for our 5 night stay. The common areas, breakfast and wine nights were also a highlight of our stay.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

What a lovely hotel and place to stay. We re-booked for our return trip home, axstop over before the air port. Located in a vibrant area, please of restaurants and close the city cable car. Food and wine choices at the hotel, I could not fault. We felt very welcome and they were helpful in booking taxis and giving advice.
