So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Auch der Abhol- und Bringservice zum Flughafen war erstklassig.

Allerdings kam es beim Check-in zu einem sehr beunruhigenden Vorfall. Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, ich glaube, sie hieß Frau Lesowska, gab uns unseren Zimmerschlüssel. Mein Sohn und ich gingen nach oben, öffneten die Zimmertür und stellten fest, dass das Zimmer bereits belegt war. Darin befanden sich Koffer, Kleidung und elektronische Geräte anderer Gäste.

Wir schlossen die Tür sofort wieder und gingen zurück zur Rezeption. Die Mitarbeiterin entschuldigte sich und gab uns einen neuen Schlüssel. Als wir das zweite Zimmer betraten, mussten wir zu unserem Entsetzen feststellen, dass auch dieses Zimmer bereits belegt war und sich dort persönliche Gegenstände anderer Gäste befanden.

Erneut gingen wir mit unserem Gepäck zur Rezeption zurück. Die Mitarbeiterin gab uns daraufhin zum dritten Mal einen Schlüssel und begleitete uns diesmal selbst zum Zimmer. Das dritte Zimmer war schließlich frei und wir konnten dort übernachten.

Was mich besonders erschreckt hat, ist die Tatsache, dass uns zweimal hintereinander Schlüssel für bereits belegte Zimmer ausgehändigt wurden. Dadurch hatten wir ungehinderten Zugang zu den persönlichen Gegenständen anderer Gäste. Unehrliche Personen hätten diese Situation ausnutzen können.

Dieser Vorfall hat bei uns ein großes Unsicherheitsgefühl ausgelöst. Aus Sorge, dass ein ähnlicher Fehler erneut passieren könnte und andere Gäste möglicherweise Zugang zu unserem Zimmer erhalten würden, verließen wir das Hotel am Abend nicht mehr. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hatte ich die Befürchtung, dass jederzeit jemand unser Zimmer betreten könnte, weil erneut ein falscher Schlüssel ausgegeben wird.

Leider hat dieser Vorfall meinen Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt und einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Upon arrival, the service at reception was very unwelcoming, with no basic hospitality or greeting, which was very unexpected based on our experience with Hampton by Hilton in the United States.

After check-in, we were called and told to come downstairs for complimentary drinks as an apology for the shuttle issue. However, when we went down, no one acknowledged us and nothing was offered.

The room also had issues: when opening the window, dust and debris fell into the room. In addition, there was no microwave or refrigerator, which we expected based on our usual experience with this hotel brand.

Considering the $150 price, the overall experience was far below expected standards.

The only positive aspect was the comfortable pillows and bedding.

We kindly ask Booking.com to review this complaint and consider appropriate compensation or a partial refund.

Good place to stay but need better communication for pick up for the motel from airport
Pros:

Clean tidy rooms and quiet.

Cons:

Mix up at airport of were to go and there van was not working so they organised a Taxi which I was unable ti get so ended up walking to the hotel.
