Pros:

Poor condition. Rooms were dirty. Used old bedsheets and pillow covers and towels. The only hotel which does not provide water to international guests. Breakfast dishes are cold and tasteless.

Pros:

The receiption r nice. But the room service very bad. I ordered 2 cups of hot water. Only HOT WATER. they never send for me. I request for hair dryer, also they didn't send to me. At least call me back to inform me it is not available. The food they are so lousy accept for egg and rice porridge.

Pros:

2日間の滞在のうち、wifiが初日は壊れていて
全館で使用不可、2日目は部屋ではほとんど繋がらない（ロビーなら辛うじて繋がる）状態でした。
部屋には5Fなのに小さな蟻のような虫が何匹も散見されたり、シーツもシミが落ちていなかったり、挙げ句の果てには2日目は掃除が全くされていないという状態でかなりがっかりした滞在でした。
せっかく場所はモールにも近くて便利なのに、清潔さとwifiの状態にかなり問題があったので私はもう利用はしないと思います。

Pros:

Book 2 rooms with city view but got rooms without a window. After insisting that I must have the rooms with city view as booked, they finally gave the required rooms. Better cleaning of linens is a must as they are off-white. The location close to a mall is convenient and the housekeeping staff are helpfull and friendly. Shower with warm and cold water is quite good.

Pros:

This is a low cost hotel so cannot have great expectation. The breakfast is very simple but it is included so no comments. The Standard Room is small and not my choice but Hotels.com does not have higher grade room. The hotel house keeping is so so. The bathroom is not clean properly. The window is dirty. The front desk staff is very helpful and carrying smiling face. This hotel is the good choice if had budget limitation. Very near to local market and huge shopping mall.
