Pros:

colazione libanese davvero eccellente, un po' lenti nel servizio ma qualità molto molto alta - sarebbe carino se ci fosse un piccolo buffet in alternativa a dover aspettare al tavolo tutto quel cibo che viene poi buttato
staff molto disponibile a risolvere tutte le esigenze, dal trovare un taxi fino a comprare fiori o altro

Cons:

a volte lo staff si perdeva su piccole cose banali (e.g., abbiamo dovuto pagare la mattina alle 5 e non abbiamo potuto fare checkout la sera prima come avremmo voluto, cosa possibile in qualsiasi hotel nel mondo)
piscina risulta piccolina, difficile sfruttarla con accanto il bar (ci si sente un po' osservati), mentre la palestra è presente ma poco fornita

لبنان تستحق الزياره

الموقع قريب من الصيفيه و الجميزه وربع ساعه مشي لوسط بيروت او الداون تاون ..
تحت الفندق بقاله و قريب منه محل معجنات . الفندق يحتوي على شطاف .
الشعب اللبناني محترم وطيب و خدوم و يحاول يساعدك بأي طريقه .. لبنان جميله جداً و خاصه البترون و كانت عن طريق سياره خاصه مع سائق خاص .. وكان عن طريق الفندق ..
السيد عمر اللي في الاستقبال له شكر خاص مني على كل مابذله لمساعدتي . و هو اللي أعطى لإقامتي اضافه فاقت توقعاتي . و اتمنى ان تقوم ادارة الفندق بترقيته او تكريمه نظراً لتميزه في عمله . حيث انه قام بالرد على جميع استفساراتي و خدمتي لزيارة قرية البترون و زيارة كل الاماكن السياحيه المهمه القريبه مني .

البلاد آمنه و الشعب طيب وخدوم .. كنت استخدم الأوبر في مشاويري الداخليه القريبه . العمله المفضله (الدولار الامريكي) .
المنطقه قريبه من معظم الاماكن السياحيه وتقدر تزورها مشي .. و البعيده تقدر تزورها بالاوبر .. هناك سوبرماركت كبير قريب منك ايضاً . الغرفه كانت واسعه ومريحه و الفندق يحتوي على مصعد . والاستقبال موجود طول اليوم . الغرفه كانت بدون نافذه و ماتفرق معاي بالنسبه لي . وكانت المنطقه هاديه .
العيب الوحيد اللي شفته في بعض التعليقات ان بالقرب من الفندق بعض الذين هم بدون مأوى او اللاجئين و يسكنون في الطريق بجانب الفندق و هذا كان بالنسبه لي عادي لأنهم في حالهم والله يفك ازمتهم .
و اسمحولي على الاطاله وهذي الاشياء كانت تعنيني قبل سفرتي ولهذا السبب ذكرتها ،.
