Very clean and comfortable, but nothing extra.
Pros:

It is very clean! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Quiet location. There was fresh coffee every morning.

Cons:

There was fresh coffee in the morning. However, it was strangely placed. Instead of placing a coffee/tea counter in the lobby and having it available 24/7, to welcome guests upon arrival, the coffee/tea is in a room in the basement, and only available from 6sm-10am. There were no amenities. No restaurant, no bar, no pool, no hot tub. It almost felt deserted.

Everything was great except the mattress.
Pros:

Beautiful location. Spacious, well decorated rooms.

Cons:

Mattress was very firm and somewhat contoured which did not result in a comfortable night's sleep

Shower regulator was not working correctly. Difficult to get hot water to come out. Needs to be fixed.

Fantastic
Pros:

The hotel was stunning!! Given my visit was December the Christmas decor was absolutely beautiful and just gave it that warm cozy feel once you enter the property. The staff was beyond kind and informative. And the hotel is emaculate. It's so peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. Every part of my experience was above my expectations.

Relaxing and peaceful stay!
Pros:

We have stayed here many times during the summer and now fall/ winter season and always enjoyed our stay. The property and rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The front desk staff have changed but all nice and friendly Sophia was a great help as well. The location is close to most things we need and the local store in walking distance is a plus! The rooms are comfortable and pleasant as well as beds and peaceful view of the water from the balcony.

Cons:

We wish there was a restaurant on site, a microwave in at least the more expensive rooms with the wet bar, streaming capabilities and updated Technology(televisions), the spa bath tub although the bathroom is nice and plenty of space the tub itself is like your standing in the Grand Canyon in the middle of a big hole the Jets do not work in the tub, but you have to climb in the tub, which is not too comfortable and probably not too safe. Suggestion might be to remove the spa tubs for future use otherwise the rooms are great. The bed pillows are super thin but at least you have plenty to use.

A very pleasant one-night stay.
Pros:

Beautiful view from the room out over the river, comfortable and clean room in very good condition, helpful staff.

Cons:

No breakfast... which is more of an issue than it otherwise might be given that breakfast options in Brattleboro are very limited.
