Beautiful hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Staff were so lovely and the hotel was beautiful. We lived our stay here and would stay again when visiting Shenzhen. Thank you to the team for such a lovely experience

Our cake was thrown away before we got to try it and the snack foods we ordered were extremely over priced.

What I really loved about Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is how calm and comfortable the property feels. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and very cozy — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant, and everything feels smooth and well-organized.

Отличное расположение и шикарная ванная комната

Cons:

1. Когда мы отказались от депозита (из-за сложности возврата на нашу карту), персонал вынес из нашего номера алкоголь из мини бара)) выглядело странно)
2. Довольно скудный завтрак, особенно учитывая его стоимость
3. На первом этаже отеля нас встретил уличный торговец поддельными парфюмами, как он оказался в отеле?
