Расположение. Хороший завтрак

Cons:

Отель довольно старый. В душевой на швах местами плесень. При чекауте выставили счет за какие-то налоги или услуги соизмеримые со стоимостью проживания . я начал спорить о том что у меня все оплачено. Показал бронирование , транзакцию по карте . по итогу убрали из счета и извинились. Но вопрос в том что это, вообще, такое было . мог бы внимания не обратить и провести картой , а потом уже доказывать что с меня взяли лишние деньги было бы очень не просто и лишняя трата времени. Изначально бронировал номер для проживания троих. Потом оказалось что для того чтобы третий человек мог спать отдельно , нужно делать какой-то апгрейд ,так как номер "4 сезона" площадью 72 кв м этого не предполагает. Я попросил доп матрас , но вместо этого мне сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера, за что я благодарен. Раскладной диван был очень не удобный , тот матрасик который был на нем ну разве что для маленького ребёнка который весит 20 кг является приемлемым. Если взрослый человек, то спать на таком совсем не захочется . в целом непонятно почему система бронирования, дает возможность забронировать проживание троих в одном номере , а потом сталкиваешься со сложностями кто где должен спать. Причем выбор не справедливый , так как третий человек с точки зрения удобств матраса явно выглядит ущемлённым .

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Staff were so lovely and the hotel was beautiful. We lived our stay here and would stay again when visiting Shenzhen. Thank you to the team for such a lovely experience

Our cake was thrown away before we got to try it and the snack foods we ordered were extremely over priced.

What I really loved about Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is how calm and comfortable the property feels. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and very cozy — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant, and everything feels smooth and well-organized.
