Bugün saat 13.20’de otele geldim. Normal check-in saati 15.00 olmasına rağmen odam hazırdı. Buna karşın, yalnızca 1 saat 40 dakika erken giriş yapabilmek için benden 10 € ek ücret talep edildi. Ayrıca, erken check-in için otelin kendi internet sitesinden rezervasyon yapmış olmam gerektiği söylendi.

Yıllardır çok sayıda otelde konaklayan biri olarak bu yaklaşımı son derece hayal kırıklığı yaratıcı buluyorum. Oda zaten hazırken misafir memnuniyetini ön planda tutmak yerine ek ücret talep edilmesi, müşteri odaklı bir hizmet anlayışından uzak bir yaklaşım.

Şu anki deneyimime dayanarak otel yalnızca 1 yıldızı hak ediyor. Üç günlük konaklamamın sonunda temizlik, hizmet kalitesi ve diğer kriterleri de değerlendirerek nihai puanımı güncelleyeceğim. Ancak ilk izlenim oldukça kötü ve bu izlenimi değiştirmeniz zor görünüyor.

I arrived at the hotel today at 1:20 PM. Although the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, my room was already ready. Nevertheless, I was asked to pay an additional €10 just to check in 1 hour and 40 minutes early. I was also told that I should have made my reservation directly through the hotel’s own website to benefit from early check-in.

As someone who has stayed at numerous hotels over the years, I find this approach extremely disappointing. Asking for an extra fee when the room is already available, rather than prioritising guest satisfaction, reflects a disappointing lack of customer focus.

Based on my experience so far, the hotel deserves only 1 star. At the end of my three-day stay, I will update my final rating after evaluating cleanliness, service quality, and the other aspects of the experience. However, the first impression has been very poor, and it will be difficult for the hotel to change it.

Hoy he llegado al hotel a las 13:20. Aunque la hora habitual de entrada es a las 15:00, mi habitación ya estaba preparada. A pesar de ello, me han pedido 10 € adicionales por entrar solo una hora y cuarenta minutos antes.
