Very bad property, it smelled damp everywhere and the loft doesn’t go up to all the floors.

, but this one specifically has a super cute theme, staff is very friendly and is very close to the beach. Book this hotel! Amazing for kids also!

Really good hotel. Highly recommended. The rooms, although not big. The pool area is great with a great view. with fast service. Lobby smells wonderful and everything is spotless clean. The staffs at the front desk and professional and care about your experience (Tode, Deen Fon Muay was our favorite). Great breakfast with lots of variety.

The building is quite old but it so closed to the beach only 5 mins walk as well as the staffs are super helpful Thank you for tode Muay and Fon Mond Deen Salmar for best assistance during whole stay even check in check out suggestions for all the best in patong

I was really pleased with the service provided by Tos, Ms. Mui, Ms. Fon, Ms. Mon, Ms. Dean, and the maids (whose names I can't recall), Ms. Aun, Ms. Eddie, Ms. Ning, and Ms. Win while I was staying at the Cocotel Patong Hotel. The space was tidy. One minor comment is that the building is a little old, which some people who want modernity or newness might not find appealing. However, it is generally in good shape and has little bearing on how convenient it is to stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Kokotel Patong! The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and in a great location, but what truly made my stay special was the incredible staff.

Room was comfortable, has a balcony however no view and is good for drying swim gear with all of the AC units running 24/7 on most room balconies. The staff were very helpful and always available. Breakfast in hotel was simple yet filling and was open quite early which is good for an early riser like me. There was a rooftop pool however did not use as hotel is a very short walk to Patong Beach. Hotel is centrally located making most things in Patong a walk to get to, this appealed to me and I was not disappointed. If you are looking for a high end stay with a nice view this is not the place for you, alternatively if you intend to be out most of the day & evening without concern for a balcony FB picture to post this place is absolutely for you

The hotel is very nearby to Patong beach. It’s opposite the beach. I walked across the street to the beach. The hotel is not that big but very nice. The decorations are very nice with the cute sheep. And all of the staff are very friendly and cute. They’re always say hi to me and my mom. And the staff at the Front she recommended me for the massage shop. It was very nice and relaxing. Oh and they have a slide like for the kids. The room is very nice and clean. And the swimming pool is on the 4th floor. So overall it was a great value. I LOVE IT !!

the rooftop pool isn't much and there is no furniture etc on the roof.

the only minus point was the very noisy aircon compressor right outside each room's window.

we were staying at kokotel for 1 week.
The room is clean and very close to beach. If you want to go to Bangladesh Road is just 2 min to go. They have a good service and you can ask something 24/7.. I would take this room again..

I stayed with my family for four days and it was one of the best stay. The room is quite big to accommodate 4 of us. The kids play area is small but serves the purpose. My daughter was very happy to use the slide.
Swimming pool is less depth thereby very much kids friendly.
The Location is the best. Stone throw distance to beaches, 7-11, massage parlor, restaurants, various shops and stalls.
The hotel is reasonably priced.
Coffee is very good.
All staffs are very cooperative and friendly.
The housekeeping is very good.
The receptionist helped me in booking of taxi to airport without any extra fees.

Really nice hotel with clean rooms and very friendly staff. The facilities were good with a hair dryer , good sized bed and bathroom and free water refill station. The hotel is in a great location to the beach and restaurants. There is no breakfast included but you can buy breakfast if you want. There is also a laundry service offered just outside the hotel which is very good and areasonable price. The bathroom has a wet room type shower so does get quite wet but it is cleaned every day so does not smell damp. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is clean, the location is amazing near to the beach across the street and maximum 5 mnts walk to bangla road. It doesn’t include breakfast. The staff are welcoming and helpful - the concept is nice and it is sustainable Hotel. I highly recommend.

I liked that it had a pool to cool off. The place needs some T.L.C. If you are on a budget, this is a good spot.
