Ottimo!
Pros:

È il secondo anno che passo il weekend del primo d agosto in questo hotel. Mi trovo molto bene, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. L hotel cresta si trova in una posizione ottima, rimane più tranquillo rispetto ad altri alloggi direttamente in paese, ma tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Io vengo con i mezzi di trasporto da zurigo è davvero facile raggiungere l hotel.
Il giardino e la piscina sono stati un toccasana dopo tutti i chilometri di passeggiata fatti. Inoltre la colazione è molto ricca, con ottimi formaggi, uova e molta scelta di affettati!
Posso solo consigliarlo, perché io l anno prossimo torneró sicuramente :)

Cons:

Piccola nota, perquanto l arredamento sia caratteristico e tradizionale le stanze sono un po' vetuste. Gli asciugacapelli andrebbero davvero sostituiti.

Above expectations
Pros:

Breakfast was good, sauna was extremely nice and a pleasant surprise. Pool was also much better than expected. Staff were also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The whole stay exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

Sauna opening hours were a bit restricted. The sauna closed early and also was not open in the mornings.

Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Séjour court mais très relaxant. Mon seul regret: ne pas avoir tenté le restauran

L’emplacement très au calme, très jolie vue, le jardin, la piscine, le buffet du petit-déjeuner très copieux et l’accueil à la réception. Tout était parfait. Notre chambre pour 3 était spacieuse et très propre.

Week end di stacco e relax!
Pros:

Semplice, accogliente e pulita!
Mi è piaciuta la strutturazione in diverse case, quella principale e quelle più piccole.
Malgrado sulle foto nella camera singola ci fosse un letto singolo, al mio arrivo ho trovato un letto francese, piacevole sorpresa!!

Pros:

Sehr toller Garten, schöner Biopool und geheizter Aussenpool mit Massagedüsen, Sprudel etc. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas älter, Dusche in Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, jedoch sauber und mit Balkon.

Sehr freundliches Personal, hübsches kleineres Hotel mit toller Wellnesszone.
Pros:

Nah am Caumasee und generell guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Dafür ist Flims Dorf etwas weiter weg gelegen, aber die Busstation ist gleich in der Nähe.

Cons:

Nichts.

Helpful staff and great views, but basic breakfast and cold pool.
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful when we informed them that we would arrive after the reception closing time due to unexpected delays on the alpine roads. However, access to the hotel was well arranged after a long day. The views of the mountains were great, and the location was peaceful.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit basic with limited options. Also, the swimming pool was too cold to really enjoy.

Schöner Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage zum Caumasee
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas klein aber es hat alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde immer aufgefüllt und war sehr reichhaltig.
Das Hotel hatte verschiedene Zimmer und Gebäude und war sehr heimelig.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr rustikal (alles mit dunklem Holz getäfelt) und hatte einen dichten, langhaarigen Teppich den ich ungern barfuss begangen hätte, obwohl das Zimmer sehr sauber war. Die Matratze war mir etwas zu weich.
Die Böden im Wellnessbereich waren etwas schmutzig da der Zugang zum Aussenbereich mit Wiese möglich war und deshalb zwangsläufig Gras und Blätter mitgenommen wurden.

Wir haben es total genossen und fühlten uns rundum wohl
Pros:

Wir haben spontan eine Nacht gebucht und wir waren über die Lage, das Personal, das Essen, das Pool etc. etc. einfach nur positiv überrascht. Einen herzlichen Empfang und generell herzliches und freundliches Personal. Wir hatten das letzte Zimmer das frei war im 4. Stock unter dem Dach und für uns war das perfekt für eine Nacht. Alles war wir benötigten war vorhanden.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Absolut nichts auszusetzen

Kurz.....aber spätestens in einem Jahr wieder
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sensationell. Preis Leistung stimmt mehr als vollumfänglich.Unser Zimmer im Chalet war sehr gemütlich....mit begehbarer Dusche und Balkon. Wir durften den Wellnessbereich auch am Abreisetag noch voll ausnutzen. Es gibt einen schönen Umkleideraum mit abschliessbaren Kästen. Ganz besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit vom Rezeptionisten hervorheben....aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiterinnen haben einen guten Job gemacht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Chalet sind ringhörig....aber das haben wir zum Voraus gewusst....Ohropax von Vorteil.

Bellissimo Hotel con 4 strutture separate noi eravamo nel Chalet Rosina😍
Una tranquillità e pace arredamenti curati nel dettaglio tutta bellezza! Il giardino con alberi bellissimi giganteschi un posto energetico nel verde con una quiete eccezionale e vista splendida sulle creste delle montagne di fronte.

SPA una perla inmezzo un Pavillon soddisfa ogni desiderio e un bel pool esterno con i getti d acqua

Il giorno di partenza gli ospiti hanno la possibilità di usufruire la SPA fin quando desiderano. Questo è un gesto molto generoso l abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.

GRAZIE DI CUORE a tutto il team che abbiamo conosciuto molto cordiali e disponibili e non mancava mai un bel sorriso.

È stato un soggiorno e compleanno meraviglioso e ha lasciato traccia nei nostri cuori💛❤️ 💛❤️❤️
