Die schöne Lage und die fantastische Küche
Der Ausblick vom Pool und der Naturpool mit dem Eis drauf waren eine tolle Erfahrung

Cons:

Der Aussenpool war etwas kühl aber noch angenehm, etwas schade das nirgends stand das der Whirlpool nicht inbegriffen ist und 10.- pro 20 min kostet.
Der Duschkopf im Zimmer ist stark verkalkt das kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden ist

Chalet - hotel cresta
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! I stayed in a cabin—a beautiful chalet with a charming Swiss style. The breakfast was excellent, and the leisure area was very pleasant, with a lovely pool and sauna. The hotel staff were very kind and attentive, and they even let me leave my backpack safely while I went skiing, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it!

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Traum. Wir hatten das Glück Ende März noch Schnee bis ins Tal zu haben. Da ist ein beheitzter Außenpool natürlich eine sehr schöne Sache. Auch die Anlage der Gebäude in dem sehr schönen Garten mit Alpenoanorama ist wunderschön. Zur Zalstation sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle oder mit dem ÖPNV (Bus). Wenn man seine Skiausrüstung in dem sehr komfortablen Skidepot direkt an der Talstation einlagert, dann entfällt auch das lästige Schleppen von Skiern und Schuhen und man kann die ca. 800m zum Hotel problemlos laufen. Die Zimmer sind schön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und wirklich gut, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Fantastic stay, will definitely book again.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing. Best Bircher muesli and scrambled eggs ever.
The spa is great, too.
The shuttle to and from the slopes runs every 15 minutes right in front of the hotel.

It was a great trip! Good numbers, good breakfast (maybe i just add some bacon or sausages), the staff is kind! The spa zone is cool! Big thanks to M. Thomas and Mme Gisela for kindness! If one day I come back to Flims I will go back. :)

Romantisches Hotel mit zauberhaftem Wellnessbereich
Pros:

Das Hotel erinnert stilistisch an das 19. Jahrhundert. Schöne Skulpturen im Garten, alte Gemälde an den Wänden und stoffbezogene Sessel in der Bar. Dennoch ist alles makellos sauber und wirkt nicht alt.
Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Wanderungen an den Cauma- oder Crestasee und die Fahrt zur Talstation mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle dauert nur wenige Minuten.
Am besten hat mir des Wellnessbereich gefallen. Es gibt drei verschiedene Saunen, ein Sanarium, ein Kräuterbad, ein Dampfbad, ein Kneipp-Becken und einen Aussenpool. Gegen eine moderate Gebühr kann man sich eine Whirlwanne füllen.
Ebenso hervorzuheben ist die Grösse der Balkone, welche ausreichend Platz für einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und einen Liegestuhl bieten.

Cons:

- Sehr kleine Gemüseauswahl bei Frühstück (nur Tomatenscheiben)
- Schlicht eingerichtete Zimmer (alles Notwendige aber vorhanden)
- Mietgebühr für Bademäntel
- Temperatur des Aussenpools bei 28 Grad ist mir zu kalt im Winter
