The room was clean , bedsheets were nice and comfy , good shower. They had a simple but nice breakfast, we had nice stay .
Just a minor point , walls are not soundproof so you can hear people talking in the corridor ( if they are loud ) . The bathroom is clean except for some spots that need new grouting around the wash basin . Otherwise all is good .

The hotel was in an excellent location, it was super clean with everything we needed. We really liked the environmentally friendly aspect of reducing waste and disposable use items. Breakfast was excellent with a big range of items to choose from. The rooftop bar was lovely with bar snacks, drinks and a great view to the river and beyond.
We really enjoyed our stay here, it was perfect to explore Kutching. The rooms were clean, a good size, had everything we needed and had a focus on reducing single use waste. We were part of a group and they accomodated our rooms next to each other. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for vegetarians too. The laundry service was great and the rooftop bar offered lovely views over the river.

La colazione varia e sono stati mto carini a farci iniziare 10 minuti prima dell'apertura.
Per arrivare al Waterfront ci vogliono 10 minuti a piedi di strada non bellissima.
Ottima posizione e colazione ricca e varia
Ambiente accogliente , buona la colazione, posizione comoda a 15 minuti a piedi dalle zone di interesse. Un ottimo pub vicino con musica dal vivo tutte le sere.

The hotel is nice, the location is perfect, the staff is super nice, all really clean. The music in the lobby and I'm the lounge in 5th floor is awesome
