温泉がとても気持ち良かったです。

十分气憤的經歷

1. 我在13，14号Dec 入住green  plaza，是一泊二食 180 美元

被安排3O9房間，門前的天花破了，封了2x3呎的膠布

2 整夜身子被床虱咬

3.半夜起床去廁所，發現冷气下桌上滿佈黑塵

4. 早上同一個女員工(名字叫小桃，會說廣東語)說身體很痒要求換房，她請示後說換312号給我，因我要趕去直島便離去了

5 整天身上又痒又痛，十分氣憤

6.  6:45p.m.回來後，前台給了我312号的匙，我說要求見店長，我向他投訴，小桃幫我翻譯，但忘了提及冷氣機的事，店長回說这天都有人住在这房間

7. 我在吃晚餐時才記起冷气机戶噴出黑塵的事同小桃講，後來店長交了319房匙給我，是一間3人房

7. 319房間的冷气机上的隔塵網是豎直的插著

8.全座酒店只有312及3O9門口上的天花是破爛被膠紙封著的

8.其實我在11及12号住在海盧(十分好的酒店房間可望到天使之路)，想試試其他的酒店

9.已經到訪过日本多次了，酒店都十分好，這是首次令我十分生氣


Disgruntled totally 

1 I lived for two days on 13,14 Dec. respectively with half board included,rate 180 us dollars


I was allocated room309 ,right in front of the door,the ceiling was broken so was covered by a plastic sheet 3 feetx2feet.

2.The whole night I was bitten by buds with much itchy  all over the body.

3.When I woke up in the midnight for the toilet ,I found the the desk immediately below the a/c all covered with dust.I switched off the a/c. and cleaned the dust myself.

4.In the morning, I requested to change  room to a female staff named小桃who spoke chinese,she reported the case and promised to change to room 312 .Since I hurried to 直島 on that day,I left right away after breakfast. When I got back to the hotel and requested to meet the manager to express my dismay, with the help of 小桃 for  translation, however I forgot to mention point 3 i.e.the a/c emitting the dust.The manager said that the room housed  guests over the passed days .I told him to sleep in the room for the proof.


4.Right after the complaint, I went

Best view and best cp value. also food is good.

景色怡人，特別是浸溫泉的時候看着日落，看着郵輪經過，令人心曠神怡，煩惱盡消，服務員態度很好，食物質素甚佳，性價比極高，值得推介！

平宜，一泊兩食，只需約HK$1100, 環境好，晚餐當然比不上貴價酒店，但都精致可食，浴場雖細但也有露天向全海的，早餐一般，整體是很值。而且以本地客為多，沒用鄰國人。

朝も夜も、ゆっくりとお風呂に入れ、露天風呂は絶景が最高に良かったです！

地方整潔，員工很友善和幫手。現在新增了有亞洲地區語言的新同事，很幫忙和友善，能解答客人的旅遊資訊。但餐飲方便，菜式就比以前失色，味道方面就比較鹹。

房間完全唔得又細又貴，食物差

従業員さんの対応イベントの餅つき良かったです。露天風呂には大満足。だだ従業員さんがお風呂ジャグジーの中で頭洗っていたのにはガッカリしました。

ロケーションがとても良かったです
部屋のテーブルやカーペットが古かったのが残念。寝る分にはいいホテルでした

The views from the lobby and the room were absolutely beautiful.
They provide pre-ordered dinner and buffet breakfast options at the hotel, but aside from that
there aren’t any food options in the area.

There is a Hello Cycle bicycle for rent directly outside the hotel.

Excellent view & comfortable.
Staff are nice, friendly & clients oriented.
However, some facilities need renovation.

This hotel is wonderful, set dinner is delicious. Staffs are kind, outdoor of hot spring is with beautiful ocean view. Staffs are kind and hospitality.
Do book one night with 2 meals while you are doing reservation.

ホテルのフロントから見える小豆島の海がとても綺麗で気持ち良かった。部屋からも海が見えて、きれいな部屋でとてもリラックスして泊まれた。また小豆島へ来たら泊まりに来たいと思った

環境優美，酒店面向濑户內海，但地點有些偏遠

ただ、今回は曇っていたのが残念でした。
餅つき大会のお餅を、外出していたにも関わらず、戻った折
取り置きしてもらってたのは、全員喜んでました。

我是來自台灣自己一個人來小豆島玩，這飯店整體上來說覺得滿意，房屋裡面有陽台可以看海景跟夕陽，真的非常不錯!
我有買飯店的晚餐和早餐，兩餐都很滿意。
以這價位來說這飯店很OK ，不過美中不足的就是飯店沒有個人洗澡淋浴間，需要去大浴場跟其他人共用淋浴間，而入浴要多付一比小小的錢，還有另一點美中不足的就是這飯店交通位置上有點不便，這裡附近什麼都沒有，超市.便利商店.小景點都沒有，要前往這邊搭公車的話只有一個能搭，位置稍有不變。但是飯店有提供飯店到土庄港的專用巴士，這點還不錯。使用公車旅行的旅人就不用算準時間搭回去土庄港。

碼頭到酒店好近，自架遊有免費停車場。晚餐豐富，是日式套餐，早餐是自助餐但食物品種不多。室外溫泉池大面對海，風景好靚。冬季泳池沒有開放。晚上還有特別節目，又有得試食，好特別。

風景優美服務好，晚餐豐盛美味，提供室內和室外露天溫泉，有免費巴士去土莊港 gorgeous sea view, good service, delicious foods, indoor and outdoor Onsen, provides free shuttle bus to Tonosho Port.

自駕遊比較合適，酒店近土庄港碼頭，十二點後酒店大堂黑漆漆亦沒有職員，
雙床房，房間大，厠所不太清潔，浴簾很臭，早餐尚可，晚餐味道有點失望。
無浸溫泉不能評論。
