il personale è davvero gentile, la struttura è abbastanza recente le camere sono pulite. Comodissimo per raggiungere l'ospedale

We waren er voor de Olympische Spelen. Zaten dichtbij de schaatsbaan, dus voor ons doel prima.

Prima verblijf. Een aanrader zeker als je met de auto bent.

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt; top kwaliteit. Erg schoon, prima bedden.

Cons:

Moeilijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Bus 560 rijdt niet/nauwelijks op zondag dus we moesten een taxi nemen naar busstation. Ook door de week doet de bus er lang over en is weinig frequent. We zijn meesstal in 30 min naar Bollate Centro station gelopen en dan met trein naar centrum Milaan.

Pros:

The staff were outstanding - they couldn't be more helpful, particularly Francesca at Reception. She went above and beyond to try and find us a restaurant booking. No luck so she helped us order takeaway pizza. She was so lovely!

The complimentary drinks and food on arrival were much appreciated.

The breakfast choices were good - buffet style and plenty of choice.

Very clean and room was good, although very small.

Cons:

The location of this hotel is literally in the middle of an industrial estate! As long as you don't want to leave the hotel, it is absolutely fine. Or you would definitely need a car. We were using it as an airport hotel for Milan Linate (25 minutes drive) so it was fine. The bistro is closed at the weekend for dinner, hence why we needed a restaurant booking. The Olympics made it extra busy and the pizzas were great so all worked out well.

It is definitely not equivalent to a UK 4 star hotel - more like 3 star.

Great stay in a spotless room with fantastic breakfast
Pros:

Everything was great, and I had a huge room on the top floor which was amazing. Very friendly staff and Fantastic breakfast as well. The price was really not expensive either. I would stay here again

Cons:

Well this is my fault, but I calculated the hotel was walking distance to RHO fair ground, and it isnt, but Uber worked great so no problem
