I stayed at this hotel five days ago, and as with my previous visit, everything was excellent. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The staff and accommodations exceeded my expectations once again. I look forward to returning in three weeks and highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, and I especially enjoyed the pool and amenities. The staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. I will definitely return in the future.

I had a great stay at the hotel. Tashika at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. It appeared that the property was undergoing renovations, and I was fortunate to stay in one of the newly updated rooms. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a very pleasant experience. I would gladly stay here again.

This location should be embarrassed, and Wyndham should be embarrassed for allowing it to remain open. I’m honestly embarrassed with myself for staying here.
This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in—and that includes roadside motels and small-town hotels in the middle of nowhere. At least some of those places had furniture, even if it was worn out.
This room has virtually no furniture: a bed, a desk chair, a broken refrigerator, a microwave I’m not willing to use, and a bathroom. That’s it.
Thankfully, I brought body wipes, and my wife and I are adventurous travelers, but this experience has been disappointing. I’ll let the front desk know, although there’s no point in changing rooms since we’re here for most of the night and heading back home afterward.
For the price, this stay was absolutely not worth it. I could have stayed at a much cheaper place and had the same—or better—experience. I chose this hotel expecting comfort and a certain standard of quality, and it failed to deliver.
This has never happened to me before, and I sincerely hope I never encounter another experience like this at one of the hotel brands I normally trust when traveling.
I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also really enjoyed spending time in the indoor pool. What stood out the most was the staff, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Front desk dont communicate and then have an attitude like it's your fault for running them down about their job. When I checked in the pool in the gym was "down" but when I checked out they said they've been running all week. Staff failure to communicate with guests only till guest check out waste of my money waste of my time. When I mention it check out that nobody informed me the lady at the front desk said well I'm not giving you a refund and it's nothing I can do about it it's been open all week but the communication between the staff is not accurate I did not like her attitude and she was on the phone gossiping .Coworker gossiping with guest at breakfast about other guests. Was the worst stay wont return.
I had a great stay overall. Everything was excellent, from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast was enjoyable, especially the sausage, biscuits, and gravy. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything, online the pictures of the hotel were exceptional, but when you got to the hotel and I already paid for it and couldn't get my money back. There were drug addicts all around up-and-down the blocks. All day, all night, the hallways of the facility smelt like cat urine the furniture in the room was so old
The chair was falling apart the headboard of the bed cracks there was just an empty space. The rags and towels had holes in them expose nails that we're holding shelves together. I felt like I really got robbed for my money. It was terrible and it was roach's the room I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS CHAIN EVER AGAIN, also one of the night lights didn't work

Smelt like weed and always had homeless people around it and the was no she curtain for the shower that leaked at the head

When we entered the lobby , strong smells of weed / pot , marijuana , made a remake to the clerk she had no response
We checked in and given room # and keys to an already occupied room , glad we didn’t walk in On someone that could have ended Badly .
When given a corrected room the door had been previously busted you could see the wood damaged.
The toilet kept running the bathroom sink was cracked all across the basin
The TV wasn’t connected .
We witnessed a drug deal right at the side entrance .
When returning from a concert a vagrant right outside the entrance doors of the hotel asked me for Pennie’s .
We then arrived back to the room of which we had only been in long enough to drop our bags to peace for a concert , our return led us to be more observant their was what appeared to be blood splattered up on the wall , bed sheets yellow stains / dirty . Pillow covers yellow dirty .
My husband found hairs still in the bed linen when he pulled the covers back .
Needless to say we grabbed our bags at midnight and left .
We usually choose LaQuinta for stays as they are generally clean and in better areas , not this one .
And because we did not alert the clerk with in 30 mins of arrival there’s no refund .
So beware of this hotel ….
