Staff very helpful, thoughtful and kind
Pros:

Staff members on Reception Sam, she could not have been more helpful, also Daniel. He guided on how to access MRT and sightseeing . Again couldn't have been more helpful. The Hotel is in a great location, breakfast covered all tastes and the rooms feel spacious due to their high ceilings. We thank the staff for making our stay comfortable and welcoming. well, i didnt think it was -4 star. expensive really. poor room facilities, no milk etc--

arrival.vg room clean. staff helpful. taxis -good. location. ideal comfortable Bed. bathroom Good.

Cons:

NOISY AiR CON. at night---like a continual washing machine. view out window---awful.
NO FRIDGE.
NO MICROWAVE.
Room cleaned/ restock..once in the stay. few coffee/ milk. poor......these let the place down.
no stationary--or visitor info etc tv -toolarge.! few cupboards to put ones clothes in.

Wonderful Stay as alway!
Pros:

It was alway a wonderful stay with this IHG hotel.It is near to everywhere.It alway have a nice ambiance, good location ,yummy breakfast and an excellent service by the fnb team and special shout out to Naqia who assisted us in my check in she is very friendly and accomodating.Thank you everyone.Will be back again!
