Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple guests explicitly mention clean rooms and facilities (e.g., 'Clean facility', 'The room was clean, modern'). Overall cleanliness is consistently praised.
Service
9
Service is a standout feature: numerous mentions of friendly, professional and helpful staff (many named employees), complimentary upgrade on arrival and attentive reception/concierge — strongly positive.
Location
9
Proximity to the airport and frequent shuttle service are repeatedly noted (shuttle every ~30 minutes, ~10-minute drive); ideal for early flights/long layovers.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable with good beds, effective air conditioning and blackout curtains; generally modern and pleasant.
Amenities
8.5
Amenities mentioned include a working Wi‑Fi, pool, 24/7 restaurant and airport shuttle. Generally positive availability and function, with occasional service speed issues in F&B.
Value for Money
8.6
Value is reported positively (explicit mention of good price-quality ratio) and several guests say they'd return or strongly recommend the hotel.
Food and Beverage
7
Food quality is mixed: some praise the restaurant's taste, but there are concrete complaints about slow restaurant service (long waits late) and room service delivered cold — lowers the score.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall sentiment is very positive with many 'Excellent' headlines and repeat recommendations; a few operational issues (late-night F&B speed/cold food) slightly temper perfection.

Pros:
