L’hotel répond bien au besoin d’un voyageur qui souhite se reposer.

I had an upgrade with 2 large connected rooms and I was very happy with the gesture. As well, dinner service with Mohammed Ami in the restaurant was excellent, very professional and friendly.

Hotel Ok, reastairation et son service KO.

J’ai aimé le personnel et l’accueil à la réception. Le service de conciergerie aussi, notamment M. Zouhir.

Cons:

La restaurantion était médiocre sans aucune exagération: j’ai demandé 3 plats: entrecôte de veau, tajine au poulet et spaghetti à la sauce bolognaise. L’entrecôte était in mâchable et très dur. Il manque de maturation. Le tajine tout simplement pue. Ma femme ne l’a pas mangé(on l’a payé quand même) les spaghetti étaient correctes. Le manque de délicatesse d’un des serveur a ne pas oublier aussi. Le serveur qui nous a servi m’a demandé de poser la bouteille d’eau de mes enfants par terre sans aucune délicatesse car selon lui, l’eau porte une marque différente de celle qu’on vend au restaurant L’Helice. Franchement je n’ai jamais vu ça: demander à un client d’enlever sa bouteille de la table et de la poser par terre! J’hallucine. Bref, depuis quelque temps le service de l’hôtel se dégrade.
