Very smooth check in, even though i came in early morning. Mr. Dimas thanks for the good and best view room (same as my request)

Location great, room are big with 2 beds and 2 bathroom plus living room and kitchen only 1.8 mill idr or $105... food are good and the swimming pool is great

The room was fanstastic! Came in the room with the aircon on and cool, high was a nice touch :) Breakfast was good 👍🏼 Would come here again for 1N

Yes, that's what I experienced when I stay at Fraser.

Property could be better maintained . Bathroom windows not great. Kitchen sink was not clean. Room and bed was comfortable

We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment and all was good. room was spacious, the soft pillow, good lightning’s, friendly hospitality from the staffs, all the atsmophere really gets me the feeling of home! and thank you for your care asma was really ensured our stay comfortable as possible and keeping my toddler entertained with her kind attitude

Nicely apportioned and spacious apartment hotel. Helpful and courteous staff. Gigi provided excellent service at breakfast.

The room are so clean, kitchen has full set of kitchenware, bed is so comfort, toilet are so well maintained and clean. Relish bistro has great food! And free shuttle service to the main shopping mall. Everything was great. We will coming back definitely every year!

Loved everything about this place. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, location is also good. Breakfast was amazing. There’s a bar downstairs so you can go grab a drink after a long day. I booked this place for 2 more nights when I was back in Jakarta. Definitely staying here again if I get the chance!

The room was good,good breakfast pet friendly and have a gym 24h.There is also mini market on B1 and have a room service 24h.

Wonderful spot for a family getaway, with a perfect size for families with children. It’s located in the heart of Jakarta, making it very convenient and quick to find transportation.

Large room, well appointed, A/C ok, staff helpful.
OK location, walking in Jakarta is difficult poor sidewalks no crossing.

It was very nice and the size of the room is bigger than the pictures so it exceed my expectations. I would come back again

Strategical Location.
We had dinner in the bistro, and one of the dishes we ordered, the Salmon steak, was not fully cooked.
The staff member was quick to acknowledge the issue, though — room for improvement.
