Over it’s a good hotel

Horrible and I nightmare we are still living.

That they allowed pets

Cons:

They charged us a $134 pet fee . When it was only supposed to be $35. The lady Paula at the front desk probably paid for her room because she lives there.

Okay but not great
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Everything was in working order.

Cons:

The free breakfast was lacking. The coffee makers one was out of order the other was malfunctioning. The staff was helpful. The food offered was minimal compared to other IHG hotels I have stayed at and the area was not clean trash cans were full. One lady got some cereal and there was no milk. Since there was no coffee service in my room having to go down to the lobby to get coffee and then it's not working was disappointing.

Pros:

We came down for breakfast the first morning and there wasn’t any food in the warmer
The last morning there was the same

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t what was expected
They didn’t bring towels or empty trash
It was a very clean and nice place just wish mornings were better
