Okay but not great
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Everything was in working order.

Cons:

The free breakfast was lacking. The coffee makers one was out of order the other was malfunctioning. The staff was helpful. The food offered was minimal compared to other IHG hotels I have stayed at and the area was not clean trash cans were full. One lady got some cereal and there was no milk. Since there was no coffee service in my room having to go down to the lobby to get coffee and then it's not working was disappointing.

Pros:

We came down for breakfast the first morning and there wasn’t any food in the warmer
The last morning there was the same

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t what was expected
They didn’t bring towels or empty trash
It was a very clean and nice place just wish mornings were better

A pleasant stay at the Garner Hotel in Gonzales TX
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Housekeeping forgot a few of their details like filling soap and shampoo dispensers and supplying enough towels before the guests arrived.

One word. DONT! Go across the street.
Pros:

The only thing good about this property… I can’t even think of one.

Cons:

The bugs all over the restroom.

There was no remote to the tv, which I asked the front desk and they never brought me one.

First bedroom I got had DIRTY SHEETS! The bed hadn’t even got new sheets. There was other people hair and Cheeto crumbs. It was insane.
