Mình thường xuyên đi công tác và ở Mường Thanh tại các tỉnh nhưng Mường Thanh Grand tại Nha Trang cách âm khá kém, bên ngoài nói chuyện ầm ầm trong phòng nghe rõ, nv phục vụ thì khách ở 2 ngày nhưng ko dọn phòng, ko chủ động mang giấy vs và nước uống tiêu chuẩn của phòng

Buffet sáng thì hết đồ ăn liên tục, rất ít đồ ăn. Lấy cf thì hết, chưa kịp bs, lấy thức ăn hết. Khách thì đông nhưng nhvien chậm. Nhân viên nhìn có vẻ khó chịu. Xa khu vực trung tâm. Khu buồn hiu. Nói chung đi gd nên kiếm khu vực trung tâm, tiện ích cho gd. Nên thất vọng
