Hotel Selection Pattaya

This was by far the nastiest hotel experience I personally have EVER had. The place is disgusting, everything's broken, it smells like mold, the front desk trys their best to scam the customers at every turn.
Extra 100 baht if you ask for an extra towel.
1000 baht fee for losing your room key card.
(The disposable plastic ones)
Shower was a joke, the balcony railing is completely rusted through.
This place is straight out of the twilight zone series. It should be demolished and rebuilt.

I booked and paid for 7 nights at this hotel. I LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT! It was terrible! A throwback to the 1970's, with little obvious maintenance since then. The room was dirty, ceilings and bathroom full of mould, bathroom door rotten at the bottom, making it difficult to close. Noise from the busy beach road until 4am, with motorbikes revving up. Do yourself a favour, save your hard earned money and book elsewhere. The photos don't lie!

This hotel has misrepresented itself with photos that show a beautiful modern clean hotel....this is Not the reality. Buitlding Facade is falling off, carpets stained, walls marked and damaged, mould in the rooms and bathrooms, missing wardrobe doors, yellowing sheets, old tatered towels, stained old furniture, thick dust in places the list goes on and on. Unfortunately we had to stay here for 6 days! It was not pleasant at all.

I’m never one to complain, if there is a good point to make I would, but on this occasion, I’m sorry to say I don’t have anything positive to say at all , staff on reception were really rude , and no help with anything at all , the rooms were very dusty plus the back of our balcony was a building site and construction going on all day . I will say one thing the rooms were a really good size . We didn’t have any hot water at all , I mentioned it at reception and she said leave it to run 5 minutes, we tried different times of the day and nothing made a difference, she said that is how it is !

Small insects are everywhere in the room. Towels and bed sheets are in very bad condition. The room need to be renovated As Soon As Possible. If you can’t start your day without hot shower don’t consider this hotel, as the temperature of water is just warm.

I've stayed here a few times before, but this was the best yet. This time I stayed in a corner suite (with sea view) and I was delighted with it. A great view out to sea over the rooftops and two big rooms to relax in. Staff as friendly as ever and many good dips in the swimming pool. Terrific!

I have been staying in this hotel for past 7 years, I really appreciate their hospitality. This time when I arrived at 1030 hrs, I was tried cos of my long flight. I requested them about early check in.
Front desk staff understood my request and gave me early check in at no cost.

The hotel is in a GREAT location. It is very close to everything. A little outdated but people do't come to Thailand to sit in the hotel room all day.

We paid above average for this hotel because it was classed as a 4 star. This is a low 3 star hotel which in no way lives up to its pictures.

On the fourth floor the carpet was very dirty and the fittings of the hallway were damaged and marked everywhere. It felt like entering a badly kept teenage dorm at the end of a semester.

The room itself was very old school - nasty dark furniture and in need of a refit. A dead cockroach was easily visible which looked like it had been there for a while. Although we could see the sea from the window the view also included some very ugly, scarred buildings. It didn’t feel completely safe at night.

The bath was filthy. Balcony furniture terrible. The main door didn’t close properly on its own.

However, when you get your bearings, the location isn’t too bad. You’re very near the beach and you can walk to most places. The staff were ok.

My main gripe is that this is more of a high 2 star/low 3 star and we paid way over the odds for this.

The whole place either needs to accept what it is and price accordingly or have a complete refit.

It’s a very nice and clean place, walking distance from street market, reliable airport shuttle..the only thing is that the wall are so thin that I could here the next door person talking or just going through her stuff and bag. Other than that we liked it

Great location and great views

A great time! This is the second time I've stayed here and I chose it both because it has a balcony with an excellent view to the sea but also because it's in a great location for easy access to the beach and many bars/restuarants. As with my first holiday, the service was good with the staff friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a small issue with the key safe and door lock on arrival was very promptly sorted for me. The only thing that's not great is the shower (poor pressure). It worked well enough though and I was really happy overall. Thank you for a terrific stay!

The front staff are absolutely rude with very limited customer service. On day of check out, the lady at the front desk calls my room at 12:02 (2 minutes after check out) and was yelling "you miss check out time, what time you check out" and rudely hung up the phone on me. The gym equipment is very old and rusted, I almost injured myself using the iron smith machine. So their gym is useless, they only advertise it online as an extra facility to gain customers. It worked on me but i regretted it. I ended up signing up to coco fitness for a 5 day pass. The room was filthy, under the bed is full of dust and garbage. The cleaners only clean where you can see. The carpets on the floor of the hallway have stains and mold. I felt like I stayed in a hostel.

The property is generally run down. I booked.2 nights. When i got there. I felt it best to forget about it and booked to a nice place at less cost. The rooms are big, thats a plus. I dont see the value for money. I was surprised to see the condition of the building

It’s supposedly a 4 star hotel, but it’s far from that. It def shows wear and tear and lack of maintenance. Even for the price, I expected a little bit nicer quality. The location is great and walkable to just about everything. There’s outside noise throughout the night, but that’s because you’re next to Soi 6 and should be expected. The staff were nice and professional

Good value for the price. Room was clean. Close to beach. Breakfast was ok but food is not kept hot. Defective room safe not a big deal. Bathroom sink sprayed water when at higher setting. For some unknown reason various room lights would automatically turn on during the night or early morning.
I would stay here again if I was wanting to save a bit of money. Overall a decent budget hotel with a nice king size bed and balcony and near the beach.
