Hanoi City Guest House

The room was quite simple but not so bad. The air conditioner hasn't worked under some cold weather like 10 degC and in the bathtub the hot water had stopped when filling then it was cold to use it. You can enjoy good access to the old quarter, but for me the impression about this stay was something cold, accompanied with cold weather occasionally hit onto my stay.

Great location hotel but staffs are not very helpful, they are just guest house, not a 3-star quality hotel as advertisement.

11月末に宿泊しましたが、東京と同じくらいの気温で寒かったです。にも拘わらず、お湯の出が悪く（最初は熱いが、すぐにぬるくなる）、苦労しました。暑い時期なら気にならなかったのでしょうが、寒くてこの点は残念でした。
　ロケーション的には良かったと思います。

男性4名・2部屋で宿泊。事前の人数変更やチェックイン時間変更などのメッセージ連絡などにも対応してくれた。
片方の部屋はシャワーの湯やトイレの水が出なかったりした(半日後に復旧)。
アメニティは室内スリッパ・バスタオル・石鹸・シャンプー・歯ブラシ。ドライヤーは壊れていた。
周囲の騒音や居住性は値段を考えれば良い方で、観光アクセスの拠点としても問題はない。

まー値段相当でした。シャワーはすぐ横がトイレでシャワーカーテンもないのでトイレが水浸し。ベッドにシーツはかけてありましたが、毛布はカバーがされないままタンスにつっこんでありました。

Quartos sem janelas, não confortável.

The staff here will do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be. Breakfast was yummy and room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Money exchange currency was ok. Room was very nice.
The street was little bit noisy but after 1.00am very silent. Breakfast included and it was very tasty! I stayed here 3 nights and i would recommend this hostel to all.

Es ist nicht ein Luxushotel, aber ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und sicher. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend, gibt einem gerne Tipps für das Sightseeing und ist für alle Fragen da.

Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom could use an update but was alright. WiFi was very spotty on all floors. Breakfast was fair. Front desk staff was really nice.

Although we reached Hanoi City Hostel much earlier than the check-in time, the receptionist was very accomodating. We were given breakfast and had the option to even shower and freshen up while he got our room ready. Both the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. For the price you pay, the rooms are good and well kept. The location of the hotel is great since you're in the heart of all the action and you won't have any trouble getting back after having a couple of the famed Hanoi beers.

We booked a visit at this hotel but when we arrived they said our room was not available. Instead we got another room in another hotel. Lower quality, half of the stars, not that nice but it was okay for two nights. A gym was suppose to be included but when we asked after the gym they didn't wanted to show us until the next morning - not sure if it existed?

Breakfast included, good location.

衛浴設備過於老舊，使用起來都很擔心出意外，例：洗臉盆掉落等，附設衛浴用品明顯已使用過，卻無更換，棉被上有明顯髒污也沒換，門歪了也很難關好，實在感到可怕。

Les plus : la localisation, chambre grande et correcte, la jeune femme à l'accueil présente la journée est très gentille et arrangeante, les excursions proposées de qualité

Les moins : le petit déjeuner très limité, service de lingerie trop cher, l'accueil est parfois laissé à un homme ne parlant pas un mot d'anglais ! (même le traducteur ni fait rien..), le personnel de nuit pas très agréable

We booked for three nights when we got there we were welcomed with a ice cold glass of water while waiting to check in. We were surprised when we got into the room at how big it was. Breakfast is good and all staff are very friendly. They helped us book a boat cruise and while we were on the cruise we realised we had paid a very cheap price compared to some others. We booked an extra night once back from cruise and were given a very friendly welcome back by all staff. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels given each day.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Smaczne śniadanie z wyborem wietnamskie/europejskie .

베트남이란 나라자체가 지긋지긋함 국민성이고뭐고 다시다생각하게됨
평생 출장빼고 다시는 베트남 안갈예정.

Vi hamnade visserligen på ett annat hotell av samma ägare eftersom det blivit knas med rummet (inte hotellets utan en gästs fel), men spenderade ändå tillräckligt med tid på hanoi city hostel för att bedöma. Rummen var fräscha, bra wifi och ägaren ms. Moon är otroligt hjälpsam. Frukosten är rolig (man får välja en maträtt och en dryck, sen får man en banan också) och om man har tur får man ett extra bröd! Jättebra för priset man betalat
