No geral, foi uma estada prática e boa.
Pros:

Não tomamos café da manhã porque saímos muito cedo. O lanche que nos foi oferecido foi muito ruim (breakfast bag).

Cons:

O estacionamento.

Pros:

Très pratique près de l'aéroport, confortable, petit déjeuner très bien, vue sur l'Etna au matin, génial.

Cons:

Petite ambiguïté sur le prix du parking. Annoncé "gratuit" sur le site, finalement annoncé 10 € la nuit dans la confirmation de la réservation et en définitive non facturé si on ne se gare pas dans le parking souterrain.

A nice airport hotel!
Pros:

An airport hotel is always an airport hotel — but this is definitely one of the better ones. Of course, the location is excellent, right by the airport, which makes everything very convenient.

What really made the stay stand out, though, was the incredibly warm and friendly reception from everyone working at the hotel. The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful, which made all the difference.

Overall, a really great experience.

Cons:

The internet connection was unfortunately quite outdated and very slow. I need to connect via VPN to access databases, and this was nearly impossible due to the limited bandwidth and overall configuration.

For an airport hotel, where many guests rely on stable and fast connectivity, I would have expected a significantly better internet experience.

Goed maar warm.
Pros:

Personeel, locatie, parkeerplaats, matras en de douche.

Cons:

Airco gaat tot minimaal 23 graden, dus het was ontzettend benauwd op de kamer, waardoor ik en mijn vriendin namelijks hebben kunnen slapen. Ook waren de kussens flinterdun.

Convenient to the airport
Pros:

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

We tried to get the shuttle to pick us up at the airport, but received no reply to phone calls or text messages. We ended up walking with our luggage. The staff when we arrived couldn't have cared less. Very unfriendly. Restaurant didn't open until 7pm and there was nothing in the area.
