Customer service was good

Cons:

The reviews really freak you out with double charges, no communication, hotel in general. Alot of bad reviews. Alot.

Pros:

Hôtel 3 étoiles, pas 4 ni 5. Rien de plus; rien de moins. Avantage majeur: localisation à 2 pas de l’aéroport.

Cons:

Tout ce qui fait que ce n’est pas un hôtel 4-5 étoiles!

I was worried if the restaurant was going to be good for dinner. Some some of the reviews were not that great?
We had a great meal. It was delicious so if you go enjoy the restaurant it’s very good limited selection but what’s on the menu is good

Prima hotel voor late aankomst of bij vertrek met shuttlebus.
Pros:

Ruime kamer inclusief prima ontbijt. Shuttle

Cons:

Ontvangst onpersoonlijk. Later bij vragen zoals dat de zeep op was en dat we bakjes voor de hond wilden, waren ze erg vriendelijk en werd het meteen in orde gemaakt.

Super, odlično. Zelo zadovoljni. Še se bomo vrnili.
Pros:

Lokacija hotela je super, saj se nahaja blizu letališča in greš lahko peš. Drugače nudijo tudi transfer iz letališča do hotela. Osebje je bilo zelo prijazno, gostoljubno. Soba je bila zelo velika, prostorna, udobna z lepim razgledom na Etno. Zajtrk je bil zelo bogat, raznolik, odličen in okusen.

Cons:

Ni ničesar, kar nam ni bilo všeč. Razžalostilo nas je le, ker je bilo že vse zasedeno v naprej in ni bilo na žalost proste namestitve, ko smo hoteli rezervirati hotel za čez 1 teden (ko se vrnemo s krožne poti po Siciliji). Vendar to kaže na odličnost hotela in njegovo lokacijo.

Functioneel hotel als je de volgende dag moet vliegen
Pros:

De locatie is dichtbij het vliegveld en er is een gratis pendelbus die je kunt reserveren (per half uur). Heel handig als je 's ochtends vroeg een vlucht moet hebben. De kamers zijn wat je verwacht van een redelijk tot goed hotel: ruim, fijne badkamer, goed bed. Heel veel meer heb je ook niet nodig.

Cons:

We hadden een kamer dichtbij de lift, waardoor er constant geluid vanuit de gang kwam. Dat is lastig als je een lichte slaper bent. Ook moesten wij om 7am de pendelbus hebben. Bij inchecken gaf iemand van de receptie aan dat we dan om 6:50 waarschijnlijk al wel iets van het ontbijt konden krijgen (dat gaat om 7 uur open), maar dat bleek 's morgens toch niet te kunnen. Dat was jammer, maar geen groot probleem. De locatie is saai, vlakbij het vliegveld en een aardig eind van het centrum van Catania, maar daar kies je dit hotel ook niet voor.

Proximity to the airport - beds were comfy - shuttle service was available in the early morning hours.

Cons:

Dining - the menu was very limited -asked for butter 3 times before 2 pats finally showed up. At both lunch and dinner they were focused on a soccer team that was staying and the food they were served was definitely better than what was on the menu for paying customers. We did not stay for breakfast as we had a very early flight.
