Parking was available and inexpensive.
The thermostat in our room needed help to make it work. There were no glasses Provided in the rooms. We were given a handicap room.

Convenient location near Catania airport, but to come there you need to take taxi with fixed rate 20 EUR for 5 minutes ride or call the hotel for booking hotel shuttle. It is impossible to book it in advance, the only way - to call to hotel by phone from the airport after arrival and if somebody answer your call, you have a hope to get the shuttle after a while. Reception doesn’t accept WhatsApp calls or messages for booking the shuttle.
The hotel needs renovation. We received the the room with not working air condition. After two unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem, we received another room with working air condition.
The breakfast is included in the price, but is very modest.

ניתקלתי בבעיה עם הכרטיסים האלקטרוניים של החדר ורק הוא הצליח לסדר לי אותה לאחר פניות לצוות אחר בקבלה מספר פעמים ולא עזרו לי.

It’s not exactly a nice area outside to go walking But the hotel was perfect

Brusque receptionist and almost rude waiter in hotel restaurant. Wines on wine list seemed mostly unavailable

Breakfast was poor, shuttle driver uncaring, ran late.
Five minute drive from the airport on Alibus, get your ticket from the machine at the bus stop before boarding, ask and driver will drop you directly across the road. Be careful on the road, there is no pavement, and 4 lanes to cross, luckily not too busy. No 424 bus across the road will take into the town centre in 10 minutes.
Room was extremely spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and furniture, two armchairs and two desk chairs. Great size fridge. Very generous desk space, plenty of room for 3 people. Shower on the small size, 100% ready for an update. Breakfast was mighty! The freshest scrambled eggs I ever had in this class of hotel, staff were always on the ball, topping up. There were 2 or 3 coffee machines, some better than others, one in particular delivered barely warm coffee. I popped back to the dining room for another coffee a little later, maybe 2 minutes to closing, and the lady in charge nearly lost her s--t raising her voice to me, barely in control. The only unprofessional person I experienced, and only for a moment. Maybe tea and coffee making facilities in the room, for the price, I would expect it.
Highly recommend
The shower, and no refreshments in the room. A serious let down, although there is a small kiosk type cafe area in reception area.
