Désastreux, nous ne reviendrons plus.
Pros:

Rien, établissement sale, bruyant et pas sympathique.

Cons:

Drap sale, serviette très vieille, eau pas chaude, petite déjeuner 15 euro / personnes avec des aliments rassi de la veille.
Salle de bain vielle avec de la moisissure.
Pour une chambre louer plus de 100 euro la nuit c’est inadmissible.

Rien établissement bas de gamme.

Cons:

Établissement vraiment médiocre, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, draps jaunies ,usés et vieux .Les plats proposees au petit déjeuner étaient de la veille, froid et vraiment pas bon, aucuns service ,nous sommes obligés de demander pour avoir des fruits car plats vide et non rerempli....je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement.

Exceptional Service!
Pros:

Excellent service from the team!
Start from the beginning, my room reservation was assited by staff named Agung, super profesional, seamless service, fast responds and he take note all my preferences well. Then upon arrival and departure i was assisted by the same person Darno at the front desk (hopefully i spell the name correctly) he was very hospitable, full of smile, explain everything in details, fast services and also super profesional.
Overall all the staff that i met - including the security were very helpfull and nice.

I will definitely come back!
