Air conditioning making too much noise

The cleanliness was ok. Could have been cleaner. They need to shampoo carpets and stool in the room was all stained. Need to upgrade towels they were all dingy.

Stay was great, clean cool hotel with good breakfast selection and friendly staff.

The towels were terrible, worn out seemed like they had seen better days! Seemed to be torn in half! The carpet around the hotel was very worn and wrinkly! Needed replaced!

The bath towels are old. Shampoo dispenser broke. Carpet to elevator had tears.

Staff was rude. Icemaker broken. Didn’t clean or restock room. Extremely low water pressure. Never again

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
The mattresses could stand to be changed out. Ours was rock hard. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work so I had to keep going to the first floor to get ice.

Not a very clean room and funky odors.

The swimming pool was not ready to be opened. Carpets need work. Details in the rooms need work..such as deep cleaning in rooms, light switch wasnt working, curtains and blinds were messed up, towels-washcloths and bedding need replaced, ice machine broken.

It was very nice just like one expects from a Holiday Inn Express. We had no problems about this stay at all.

Was not impressed with this hotel at all. First desk employees were not at their station and the hotel needed to be cleaned better. Our towels would not have been used on my dog. Very disappointed in this Hiday Inn

This was by far a very sad and tragic experience. It began with no one at the front check in area. When the man came out he was very curt and not welcoming like my presence was not wanted for interrupting his break or something. We went up to our hotel room and the curtains were falling off (we fixed them), and the toilet wasn’t clean as if someone just had a massive streaky bowel movement in the toilet.

We were given two towels in the room and when I went down to ask for more they said that it wasn’t possible to give me more and gave me 3 small pool towels. I was in the elevator and cleaned up a spill so no one would slip so that used one of the towels. When I asked for another from one of the housekeepers they told me that because I was already given 3 towels downstairs that they couldn’t give me another. They gave me another after explaining the spill situation but very reluctantly.

The only friendly staff that they had was a woman in the breakfast area that has been there for over 11 years. She was extremely helpful and nice…keep her, make her the manager, and please fire the rest!!

The food - the breakfast and breakfast staff might be the best and most attentive ever experienced.

The less than good. Pool broken, ice makers broken, carpet by the elevator needs to be stretched out as it’s a tripping hazard, black mold in our shower, and the pull out mattress in the suite was all springs and metal poles… the hotel feels old. We had 2 towels for our entire family and they were thread bare. These are towels I would have saved for dog baths. This hotel fell short of my expectations in every way except for the breakfast staff.

My trip was for our twins Birthday they turned 8. Their wish was to stay in a hotel and swim. I called around 5:30 before i Booked to make sure the pool was working. The person on the phone guaranteed that the pool is working. When we got to the hotel there were signs that it was out of order.. the guy at the front desk said it’s been out of order and he didn’t know why they told me differently. It pretty much ruined our trip for our kids birthday. It was too late to cancel and look for another hotel. My kids were so sad I felt so bad..
