Lovely hotel
Pros:

Their fitness facilities is very clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is not the same every day Soup of the day is soup of the day very tasty.

Cons:

Fitness Facility closes at 9pm can it be extended to 10pm

Единствено портиера

Cons:

Мръсно навсякъде, пропуснах си резервацията за ресторант понеже от хотела не можаха да ми извикат такси, имаше само един рецепционист и не можеше да смогне на работата, беше адска жега, климатиците духаха на топло, въпреки че говорихме да го оправят - нищо. Чаках за легло за бебето ми до 11 вечерта от 14:00’следобяд. Закуската отвратителна , меко казано дори отвратителна. Освен портиера който беше супер любезен всичко друго леш, 90% от персонала говори английски 2 от 10 , мръсно и неподържано в общите части, на етажа който бяхме мазилката се рони по тавана, душа развален в двете стаи които бяхме, прозореца не се затваряше в едната. Никакво съдействие от персонала, компенсацията за всичко това беше 10% отстъпка от закуската която беше отвратителна и ъпгрейт на стаите които бяха абсолютно същите просто с 2 кв тераса, и отново неработещи на студено климатици и развалени душове.

Cons:

I didn't like the breakfast ,, not many varieties of food and too dry. Didn't have enough varieties of food and drinks for a 5 star hotel.
