Nice hotel, accessible, close to motorway, good shops and cafes in close proximity.
The staff of the restaurant and cafe are rude, unprofessional and don’t seem to be well trained. Your presence seems to bother them!

The shower ran over quickly so showering more than a couple of minutes was not possible.

Amazing staff, some small issues with the room because of noise but not the hotels fault.
I would like.to specifically point out the Beyza from Guest relations for her excellent service she handled every special request I had with ease and made our stay so much better. I may have only given 4 stars but the customer service and staff was top notch and took my review to 5.
