SPA- Very unprofessional service. My appointment was cancelled without any prior notice, which is unacceptable. During communication, I felt that the situation was handled in a misleading way instead of being explained clearly and honestly. A professional spa should respect appointments and communicate changes in advance. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The hotel met my needs. It was very good that I had underground parking for my car.
It is clean, the room is warm.The room is spacious.
The breakfast is varied and tasty.
The staff is friendly , polite and responds to requests.
The Florya bus station is near the hotel.

It was a great stay, they even late us check out late for free because we had a pretty late flight

I had a great stay! The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I only tried the breakfast once, but I really loved the variety and taste.
The staff were wonderful throughout my stay, especially Mr. Özkan Yılmaz, who was incredibly helpful. He assisted us with arranging transportation and provided great recommendations for places to visit and shop in the area.
Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again!
