Nous avons surtout été agréablement surpris du service à la clientèle impeccable. Nous avons été traiter comme des rois. La localisation était parfaite et la vue du roof top. Déjeuner délicieux. Toute les attention du personnel. Je reviendrais sans hésiter si j’ai la chance de revenir à Lisbonne. Et je recommande également sans hésiter.

Pokój czysty, łóżko bardzo wygodne, a okna wyciszają hałas z ulicy do zera. Można się wyspać i odpocząć.
Personel bardzo miły i zawsze chętny do pomocy.
Śniadanie nie jest jakieś bardzo różnorodne, ale to co jest oferowane, jest najwyższej jakości i zupełnie wystarczające. Kanapki na ciepło (the iberian way), jogurt z musem mango i owoce - TOP!
Ogólnodostępny taras z urzekającym widokiem na rzekę, gdzie serwowane są tapas i drinki - tu się odpoczywa w wersji slow motion!

Cons:

Niets eigenlijk. We hadden een beetje moeite om de juiste timing voor het zwembad te vinden - tegen de avond was de zon weg en het water best wel koud. En het plafond van de gym is te laag om een workout met de zware bal af te werken. Maar dat zijn twee idiote details in vergelijking met alles wat wel goed was. Het viel tegen dat we al zo snel naar huis moesten!

Pros:

Absolute gem of a hotel tucked away in Alfama, the old part of Lisbon. Very comfortable rooms, fantastic views from the roof terrace, wonderful food and staff. Highly recommend the Fado evening run on Mondays and Thursdays.
We had an amazing stay and plan to come back!
