We would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Little touches made this an exceptional hotel. Spring flowers at entry. A mini basketball court, and our name on the TV welcoming us to the spacious room. Plus, professional and nice staff that know their stuff. The oatmeal was fresh, with a topping bar including walnuts AND almonds, strawberry compote and mango sauce, yum! Everywhere clean and clean-smelling. We both fell asleep fast and slept well, which never happens. Despite being close to I-90 and shops, it was quiet inside. We would stay here again.

Cons:

Bathroom door was somewhat close to head of the bead and there was no fan. You had to pass through the door to access the sink. That was the only drawback. Note: they do Not charge a $1000 security deposit, just a small one.

Clean, modern, comfortable, friendly stay.
Pros:

For the Christmas Holiday 2025 we stayed at this hotel, and we had stayed there before some years ago, but they have renovated throughout the hotel, so it was nice to see the new updated changes. We were given room 325, a studio with two queen beds.

The hotel is near a lot of places to eat, and they give you a complimentary breakfast each morning that is well stocked with plenty of really good choices to chose. The parking is onsite and is complimentary self parking. The hotel offers a few amenities, self laundry room, swimming pool, and outside patio with a fire pit, and fitness room. There is a mini market in the lobby and plenty of seating for guest to enjoy in comfort, along with all day long complimentary coffee and tea station.

The studio room that we had in room 325 was with an open floor plan, but the bedroom, although the bedroom was separated from the living room and kitchen area, it did not have a door on it. The Bathroom vanity and a huge closet are without a door but are in a section near the shower area, but the toilet and shower are with a closed door. There is a full length mirror in the room, but there is no personal safe in the room. The room had a medium sized table and four comfortable chairs, a full length refrigerator with a freezer, a stove top range, and a full size microwave with a rack inside for having 2 levels inside the microwave. The kitchen area is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal, and the cabinets are stocked with pots and pans and dishes and utensils and cups, glasses, etc.. The room had a nice desk in the living room and a nice comfortable couch. The room has two TVs, and lots of drawers and closet space, and lots of good lighting throughout the studio. The beds were comfortable, but in our room the HVAC was loud to put on the heat.

The hotel is renovated in it's decor, the common areas and the rooms are all updated but have the same layout that they had years ago, but it is with new style and design, a more brighter modern look. The hotel was very clean, and all of the staff were all very friendly. We enjoyed our stay, it provided us a feeling like being home during our stay.

NICE ACCOMODATIONS, BUT WISH THE STAFF WAS AS DEDICATED TO OUR STAY AS THEY WERE TO THEMSELVES.
Pros:

Liked the proximity to everything, and that it was clean and well maintained. Everything was good except the fact that the staff was talking crap in Spanish and we didn't get the roll in shower that we requested and were told we were getting.

Cons:

I DIDN'T APPRECIATE BEING TALKED ABOUT IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE, AND I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT OUR REQUEST FOR A ROLL IN SHOWER WAS IGNORED, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT WE WOULD HAVE ONE BY EMAIL. NOT EXACTLY HAPPY ABOUT THE FACT THAT I WASN'T GIVEN A PHYSICAL RECEIPT EITHER OR THE FACT THAT THE EGGS HAD TO BE MICROWAVED FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 MINUTES BEFORE THEY WERE ACTUALLY SAFE TO EAT.

Pros:

We enjoyed our overall stay

Cons:

The room had a funny smell to it when we first got there. After awhile it wasn't noticeable but it was very unpleasant.

Reasonable, But Won’t be Staying Again
Pros:

It was ok. The location is “airporty” - not really walkable to food or stores. However, there was a Dutch Brothers a few blocks down as well as a very busy gas station. So I was able to walk down and get my coffee, water and snacks. However I wouldn’t have felt safe doing that at night. They don’t have sidewalks or crosswalks at every light. So I had to pass the coffee stand to get to the crosswalk and double back on grass. The gas stations - just don’t go alone at night. I also DoorDashed food to my room, as there are good restaurants and a grocery store nearby, they’re just not walkable.

The front desk lady, very sweet. She recognized I was traveling alone without a car, and she said she would put me in the front building next door so I wouldn’t have to walk through the parking lot with all of my baggage alone. She gave me bottled water and I was checked-in in just a few minutes. I walked out of the lobby house and walked next door in about 30 seconds, and my room was on the first floor. My room looked clean and spacious, but I was a little concerned with the door. It had a chain link and a simple lock that didn’t seem secure. I brought a safety lock and alarm which I was able to install in a minute and the door was secured. There was a full kitchen, a little dining table, a living room with fireplace and the bed faced the door. It was spacious. The bathroom was tight. The sink was separate from the toilet and shower, but I had to step into the room in order to shut the door because it swung a couple of inches from the toilet. The shower had a slow drain, but nothing I wouldn’t live with. I slept comfortably and felt safe enough.

However, the lower rating comes in because my coworker, who was staying in Building 15, had huge stink bugs crawling on her walls and came out of her shower drain. It was so bad, she ended up canceling the rest of her reservation and moved to a hotel downtown. She said the staff was apologetic and called in exterminators. But said that’s pretty common in the South. My room, I think it was Building 6, didn’t have any bugs ( I looked!) and the furniture was clean. There was a dark patch on the carpet that looked like something had spilled, but I wear shoes in the room, so I pretended not to see it. I stayed the additional night and didn’t see anything. I made sure to throw out food trash so it wasn’t sitting in the room. But it’s kind of what happens when there’s a full kitchen in the room.

I don’t think I’d stay here again. It was reasonably priced though.
